At 11pm, the underground parking garage door was closed but the security guard was still happy to open the door for me to park my car. So cool, the room was very pretty with lovely windows hehe. Overall, it was nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Accommodation is suitable, comfortable, TV can watch youtube (a big plus compared to other places)

The hotel is comfortable, 4g is very strong, I went to another hotel and the 4g was too weak, had to use the hotel's wifi which was a bit weak

The parking lot is a bit cramped. The receptionist was very nice, told me to drive the car down to the basement. After driving down ok, there was an old man yelling at her very loudly, old but with low level of service, unprofessional is the only minus point. The hotel should review this guy. Poor receptionist was bullied by that guy while he did the right thing. There was still enough parking in the basement. That guy got minus points. And the receptionist got 10 points

The staff is always polite and friendly. However, the car rental service here is not good. There are problems with the car neck, car lock, helmet,... Suggest the hotel check the car with the dealer. Room amenities: the bed size is always joined together so it is not comfortable to sleep

A bit far from the market and the city center, but the room and bathroom are fragrant, clean, and fully equipped. TV is okay, Netflix is slow but at least better than other places I've stayed at a reasonable price. Suitable for those who like quiet, chill, and don't like the hustle and bustle of being near the market.

My family stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and conveniently located for traveling to tourist attractions.

At first, they gave me a room, but I didn't go up to the room and came to smoke a cigarette, and then suddenly they said I needed to change to a different room, so I changed the room. I think they changed the room because they heard I was alone, or maybe they gave me a very small room. The room is much smaller than in the picture, and the bathroom is so narrow that I can't even sit down, which is uncomfortable...

The staff is very enthusiastic and cute. I had an urgent matter, so I asked the receptionist to book a car back to SG urgently. The receptionist must have known that I was in a hurry, so she rushed the car for me. Thank you very much ❤️ About the hotel, I rate it 8/10. The room is cozy, clean, the bed is comfortable, fully equipped, smart TV with Netflix (but no account, you have to log in yourself), but the TV is very smooth, unlike other hotels, the TV is just for show :))) The location is right in the center, not too far from the market, there is a Petrolimex gas station at the beginning of the street, great 🥰 However, the toilet layout is not reasonable, the toilet is blocking the entrance to the shower area. Furthermore, the ceiling fan is too strong, I set it to the lowest setting and woke up with a fever 😅 But with the price of 300 a night, the room quality and the enthusiasm and cuteness of the receptionists are so much more worth it, from now on, every time I go to Dalat, I won't have to hesitate to find any other hotel besides Saigon's Book Dalat hotel 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Can't arrange a waiting room when checking in early, extra charge for reasonable periods, car rental price is high compared to other places, overall bad and I probably won't come back again!

Beautiful new hotel, convenient, friendly staff, if there is any damage, it will be fixed immediately, close to the center, easy to get around, near the slope of mist and moon, great for taking virtual photos

Very ok, clean and convenient. My family went for 3 days and 2 nights, the hotel supported enthusiastically. Will come back if I have the chance.
