The place is okay, suitable for short trips. Everything is sufficient.

The restaurant was closed, so there was no food, service, or amenities. However, the rooms were fine, and the staff were good.

This is my go-to hotel. The prices are reasonable for the room quality; a suite costs just over 500,000 VND. There are cheaper options too, but I wanted the most comfortable suite so I booked the most expensive one. The location is quite close to Xuan Huong Lake, so everything is nearby. The bathrooms are clean. The staff are polite and friendly; they still helped me check in even though I arrived early. I will definitely come back again.

The receptionist was lovely. It's conveniently located in the city center. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit high up, so after showering, there's water everywhere in front of the bathroom door.

The room is a bit noisy when guests from other rooms enter the room, close and lock the door very loudly. The hotel should guide guests or put up a sign to maintain general order for the rooms.

At 11pm, the underground parking garage door was closed but the security guard was still happy to open the door for me to park my car. So cool, the room was very pretty with lovely windows hehe. Overall, it was nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

The hotel is comfortable, 4g is very strong, I went to another hotel and the 4g was too weak, had to use the hotel's wifi which was a bit weak

The parking lot is a bit cramped. The receptionist was very nice, told me to drive the car down to the basement. After driving down ok, there was an old man yelling at her very loudly, old but with low level of service, unprofessional is the only minus point. The hotel should review this guy. Poor receptionist was bullied by that guy while he did the right thing. There was still enough parking in the basement. That guy got minus points. And the receptionist got 10 points

The staff is always polite and friendly. However, the car rental service here is not good. There are problems with the car neck, car lock, helmet,... Suggest the hotel check the car with the dealer. Room amenities: the bed size is always joined together so it is not comfortable to sleep

A bit far from the market and the city center, but the room and bathroom are fragrant, clean, and fully equipped. TV is okay, Netflix is slow but at least better than other places I've stayed at a reasonable price. Suitable for those who like quiet, chill, and don't like the hustle and bustle of being near the market.
