The service was very poor, from the security guards to the staff. The resort was severely run-down, very dirty, and the rooms had a strong, musty, and old-fashioned smell. I strongly advise against booking here.

Okay for the price, a private beach at this price means the room is only acceptable, the Wi-Fi is weak, so you should subscribe to a Wi-Fi service.

The hotel was terrible, damp, and run-down. The mattresses were supposed to be king-size, but they were actually two smaller mattresses joined together.

The rooms were very, very old, nothing like the pictures. I booked three rooms for my group of friends, and when we arrived, we were all very disappointed. All three rooms were very old, the walls were damp, moldy, and peeling, which looked awful, and the hotel hallway smelled terrible.

The location is nice but the service is too bad compared to the price. I booked a king bed but Temple gave me 2 single beds put together. It was really uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathroom and bedroom smelled of urine, the towel and dryer smelled a bit musty. The room behind the reception desk was very noisy, poor soundproofing. Guests slept but the hotel always made loud noises, it was really uncomfortable. The staff saw guests carrying suitcases but had no intention of helping. I hope Temple can improve their attitude and service space. The garden was also very dirty, like a garbage dump, like an abandoned place that no one cared for. The bed and bed sheets were not clean. I slept for 1 night but I was itchy all night.

I chose the hotel because of its location near the beach and the center, but when I arrived, I was disappointed with the facilities. The toilet was dirty, the hallway was flooded. I called the staff but they didn't answer. I checked in at 10pm and had to leave at 7am the next morning because I didn't want to stay there any longer.

The towels were torn and dirty... I had to ask the hotel to let me check out, stay 1 night and ask for a refund for the remaining 3 nights. But it wasn't until I called the hotel authorities that they agreed. When I worked, I didn't see the manager, just let the ignorant staff take the blame.

The resort is very old. The view is nice. But the surroundings are very old. The property and air conditioning are very run down. I am very disappointed. No welcome drink Basic breakfast.

The room is damp, has a musty smell, feels unclean. There is no staff to help bring things to the reception, very bad attitude towards guests. Very bad experience, so please consider when choosing this place.
