Great! Very close to Central shopping mall. I've been here four times already. Last time I booked a penthouse suite by the pool with two rooms inside and three beds. This time it was full, so I got a penthouse suite upstairs not by the pool, but it had a huge bathtub that fit three people comfortably.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, but my experience during my 5-night stay here was that the power went out unexpectedly several times due to faulty key cards, and the rooms were not clean, from the bathroom to the bedroom. There were no toothbrushes, even though I booked at a reasonable price. The rooms were very stuffy and not well-ventilated. The only advantage was its proximity to the city center, making it convenient to go to markets and beaches.

Got the family room and we really enjoyed our stay there tho the rooms were a little smallish. They've got a decent pool, laundry facilities, gym and even a sauna. It's also so close to Central, we walked over a couple of times during our stay. Only issue is that the taxi's kept getting the wrong place from the map pin.

The hotel is located near CentralPlaza Lardprao. If you don't have a car, it's within walking distance. The most impressive feature is the hotel's beautiful swimming pool, which contrasts beautifully with the building's colors. However, I have to complain about the bathroom amenities. They look dirty and there's no facial tissue in the room, just a tissue roll.

There is a 24-hour reception. The accommodation is in the city and is inexpensive, but parking is quite limited.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. On the day of check-out, I forgot a 1-salung gold ring on the headboard and the table where the phone is placed. Initially, I called the front desk to check the items, but I received a message that the items were not found, so I agreed to go back and check again myself and check the CCTV. It turned out that the room was the first room with only one maid, but the staff did not press the maid for the truth. Instead, the staff said that the maid would never take the items because there is a service fee of almost 20,000 baht per month. Most of the valuable items that are found are always returned to the customer. However, the items that the staff claimed instead are usually items that can be tracked with GPS signals. The staff also said that the customer might have thrown them in the trash or put them in a bag, even though the CCTV footage showed that there were items when checking in. When leaving the accommodation, they did not put them out. The hotel did not press the maid for anything more personally. This stay shows a high level of insecurity. Now, we will search for the culprit to the fullest extent. Even though the staff said that “no one has reported anything more valuable than this,” the missing items always have more sentimental value than money. In this era when gold is expensive, it takes a long time to earn each baht to hear words like this.

It’s 15 minutes driving to old-town and 5 minutes walking to Central Phuket Mall. The room was clean and spacious for family of four. But if you are travelling with toddler, take different room type since the railing surrounded the bathtub is not safe enough for them.

The staff are lovely. The service is good and they are cheerful and friendly.

Location is terrible far from everything, had to pay one thousand bhats from airport to the hotel, it is in the midle of nowhere. Bad service they can't even provide extra water and they charge 1,000 bhats deposit.

Deluxe family room, large, comfortable, clean room.

It's a pity that I had to go back in a hurry. I will definitely use your services again next time.
