The actual condition of this hotel is not consistent with its listing, photos, or star rating on Traveloka. Key issues experienced: • Location is inside a narrow alley and not accessible by car, which was not clearly disclosed. • Room size is extremely small and uncomfortable. • Cleanliness is below acceptable standard (dirty bed sheets and pillows). • Walls are not soundproof. noise from hallway and staircase is clearly audible. • The “window” faces a wall, resulting in no sunlight or ventilation. • Dirty laundry and used bed linens were visible in common areas, including the staircase. The photos displayed on the app do not reflect the actual condition of the property. This hotel applies a non-refundable policy, which makes it very difficult for guests to cancel even when the room condition does not meet expectations upon arrival. I ended up checking out early and booking another hotel. I would strongly suggest Traveloka to review and re-evaluate this listing so future guests are not misled.

A good place if you're looking for something cheap and affordable outside of Pratunam, but it's a bit tucked away in an alley. The service is good.

Nice hotel and nice location at Bangkok

Very comfortable, friendly and clean

The location is really close to everything — you can walk to Pratunam Night Market and there are tons of options to shop and eat around. But just note, you still need to walk a few hundred meters to reach Pratunam, platinum, December. The staff were very nice and really helpful. It’s also near a 7-Eleven, so you definitely won’t go hungry. The buggy car is no longer operating, so don’t expect too much from that. The room for two is good and spacious enough. They change the towels every day and clean the room as well. There are A LOT of mirrors in the room, which we love. The bathroom is also good and comfortable to use.

Overall ok but unfortunately when i stay there for 3nights, i cant use the buggy, Bcause theres always no driver standby 💔

Nice, clean, close to Pratunam

The service and location were okay. But the room was noisy, there was a kind of vibrating sound. There were also a few small cockroaches on the bed.

The facilities are commensurate with the room price. Only one room card is provided, making it inflexible. The receptionist is unfriendly, unhelpful, and inflexible with customers. They always emphasize hotel regulations, making it uncomfortable for guests. The rooms are small.

The room space was very small for 4 persons, so difficult to move around. Moreover, there were a termites nest in the wall beside my bed, luckily we are all safe. You should be handled it quickly before spreading and might make other people affected.

Staying here for 3 nights, the room & bathroom is clean with modern minimalist design, the staff is friendly, it's located near Pratunam Market, but the location is quite hidden for first timer.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is actually quite strategic, though it’s tucked a little inside a small alley. But once you’re there, you’ll find that the area around the hotel is peaceful and away from the noisy main streets, which is perfect if you’re looking for some quiet rest. The staff were very friendly and always available 24 hours, which made check-in and any requests super smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, and the Wi-Fi worked really well, which I appreciate as someone who needs to stay connected. One unique feature I found was the massage service available right in the lobby, which is super convenient after a long day out. There’s also a buggy service to help you get in and out of the alley, though keep in mind it’s not available 24/7. The hotel also has a lift, so no worries if you have luggage or don’t want to deal with stairs. The only downside is that the room felt a bit small, and since it’s located inside a small lane, you’ll need to walk a little to reach the main road.

The standard stay experience is just fine. For access, it can be said to be close, but a bit at the end of the alley again. Some places have to be reached further, especially when it rains, it is very difficult and the roads are not friendly to pass. For the hotel room, we are a family traveler, but the room in the description is 29m, I don't think it's that big. Very narrow, for 4 adults. Not to mention at night, the sound from the next room can be heard up to our room, it seems that the walls of our room and the next room are very thin. So are the sounds around the environment. Well, so far our experience is just standard. Thank you

The staff was friendly: men, who took my bag from the taxi, escorted me to the front desk. Buggy time until 5/8pm. Hope buggy until 23.00 or more. Exactly I need the buggy till midnight that's why I want to stay here. The room is clean. Refueling water available.
