The price does not match the application, the owner deliberately set a low price on the application but when checking in asked for additional costs. It doesn't make sense, how can the application set a price without confirming to the owner.

1 The price does not match the trevalola. When we arrived at the location, they asked for more money. If you don't want to, please look for another hotel even though we were already far away until nightfall. Just staying here once seems like a price trap. 2. Dirty room, dirty bathroom. 3. The lights were off when we asked, they told us to install them ourselves. The owner is not welcoming to guests.

The staff gave higher rates on the grounds that they often have promotions without confirming the price so it became very expensive.

The facilities are okay, the location is also strategic, but like other reviews, that here there is a Batman trap in the form of additional money outside the application with the reason that it is a loss to set the price like that and must be charged additional fees, even though I entered at night and at 7 am I was out again but there was still additional money. My suggestion is to call before booking to be charged additional fees or it can be prepared.

Pemilik sangat ramah, tempat relatif bersih, ranjang empuk, bisa bikin teh kopi di dapur bersama. No toiletries. Pesan di aplikasi, masih ditarik biaya lagi sampe sana.

Di aplikasi tertera 266k, ketika sampe tempat ambil kunci kata yang punya harga 300k jadi di minta kekurangan nya.

Petugas lupa mengubah harga di aplikasi yang berujung penambahan biaya di luar pembayaran yang di tentukan sebelumnya.

Kebetulan dapat kamar yang di lantai. 1, lembap dan agak berdebu. Kamar mandi dari lantai. 2 rembes dan menetes ke kamar mamdi kamar yang saya pesan. Yang paling ngagetin, sempat diminta tambahan pembayaran untuk kamar, padahal semua pembayaran sudah saya selesaikan di aplikasi, ya saya nggak mau 🤣 🫣. Akhirnya setelah dilihat jumlah yang saya bayarkan sudah mendekati harga yang dipatok, saya diijinkan check-in. Sungguh pengalaman yang kurang menyenangk 😑.

The owner is friendly. The place is near our destinations (BNS and Paolo) in the alley area, the atmosphere is not quiet and not scary. Among the HS gangs there, Queen HS is really recommended.

The rooms are clean and smell good, not too far from Batu City, there are drinking water facilities and you can borrow a spoon as well as a stove to cook water. Unfortunately the water heater doesn't work. But the owner is friendly.
