I've stayed here many times, everything is good... but last night, February 4, 2026, the corner room type bed wasn't very clean, I found a lot of bed bugs... it was really uncomfortable... it made my hands and feet itchy

i booked the non smoking room but the staff gave me the smoking one and it had strong cigarette odor (so i sprayed lots of perfume there). the front office wasnt friendly, idk perhaps she was tired or sth (it was in the afternoon tho), she didnt give me the wifi password, didnt inform me abt the breakfast at all etc (i need to be proactive to ask her), they asked abt 100k idr as deposit in cash (only cash accepted). the room was terrible, it looks like old, dimly lit, the ceiling has black-ish stain idk, the lamp under the tv is nearly broken, the tv is sometimes error. for those who'd like to book for a longer stay, pls reconsider it, there are lots of better option than arthama. the plus point of this hotel is its location near tanah abang

First time staying at this hotel, very satisfied. For the strategic location in front of Indomart, right Alfamart. Many food sellers, near Tanah Abang. The room is according to the req, the food is very delicious. The price in the restaurant for a hotel is cheap and delicious, really worth it to try. The village fried rice and honey grilled chicken are champions👌🏻 the cleanliness of the room is also maintained, all the staff are very helpful. Car parking is also available, very satisfied. It's a shame that my room had a little leak on the window and shower glass. But it's not a big problem.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast menu is delicious and the menu changes frequently.

I had a pretty impressive experience staying at Arthama Hotel. The room facilities are quite complete. There are complete TV channels. There is also a freezer. The room is okay, just right for this price. The amenities are sufficient. Still okay. The room and bathroom are also quite clean. The distance to the city center is also quite okay. Only the wifi needs to be improved. Overall, it's quite good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, access to transportation and the need to find food/other necessities is also easy.

The bathroom door is difficult to close and water seeps into room 408.
