The hotel's location is very strategic, the hotel building is the same as the mall. There are lots of food places. I want to tell you that I have an experience that I think I should share... I was heading to the elevator because I was in a hurry. I ran to the elevator and the elevator opened and out came the hotel chef who was carrying food. The chef wanted to help open the elevator because the elevator door was about to close but what can I do? The food that the chef was holding fell. Honestly, I felt sorry for the chef and the chef said it was okay. I knew for sure that this chef would be reprimanded... or asked to replace the food (because this was quite a lot of food for breakfast). As a form of responsibility as a customer, I immediately called the management to tell the truth and that I wanted to pay/compensate because the food was spilled because he helped me open the elevator. Long story short, the report was received and confirmed with the chef... and honestly, I didn't expect the management's answer to be so wise. He didn't give any sanctions to the chef and I didn't need to replace the food. Thank you, Hotel Botanica. From this decision, I see that the hotel is very open to suggestions/responses and wise in managing the hotel. Warm greetings to all the staff...I will be back to Botanica again.
