I've been to this hotel in two cities. It's family-friendly, the price is right, and the location is close to the mall, making it easy to find emergency needs. I'd give it full stars if the linens were shinier. I'll stay here again.

Strategic location, inside D'Botanica Mall, all needs are there (food, food court, restaurant), because the store is very complete, spacious parking lot. Comfortable rooms with relatively cheap prices, the reception staff, security, housekeepers are very responsive and friendly, can request an extra bed. Close to Pasteur Toll Road, there are also lots of shuttle buses, for those who are lazy to bring private vehicles, close to everywhere, recommended for those looking for a cheap but comfortable hotel.

The staff is agile and responsive and friendly, every detail of the order is fulfilled well. for breakfast, it is better to add more staff on duty, especially at the egg station which seems overwhelmed when there are many guests and many orders because instant noodles are provided so that wrong orders often occur. linen and towels should also be updated because they appear to have changed color. the building is a bit old and many of the tiles are installed carelessly so that they creak when stepped on, this can endanger guests who are staying if suddenly the floor tiles break and injure their feet.

Overall it's really good, only the breakfast food is not very varied, in the end I only ate fried Indomie and eggs. Maybe the menu could be more varied.

Trip to Bandung Pasteur area must stay here.

Great, right above the D'Botanica mall aka BTC, there is also direct travel to Soetta airport, complete hotel facilities, except for the swimming pool.

A very unique hotel because it is one with D'botanica Mall and its access is easy to reach and of course the view from the room is directly to the mountains. The mall is also quite complete and the outlets are quite premium so it is suitable for those who like to walk to the mall
