Had a pleasant stay at Rooms Inc. Bandung! The hotel has a great location, conveniently connected to D’Botanica Mall, making it easy to find food, shop, and enjoy some leisure time. The room is comfortable and well-designed, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a nice variety of options. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bandung. Definitely worth considering for a short getaway or family trip. Would love to stay here again!

The hotel is located in a mall, on a main road. Access to the hotel is a bit confusing because it's tucked behind the mall. The front desk staff is friendly. The rooms are fine, but there's no refrigerator. The air conditioning is cold.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed here and it never disappoints.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now when visiting Bandung. I usually have no issues. But this time unfortunately I did. I'm a diabetic and need to keep my insulin cool. The room had no mini bar or refrigerator. When I requested one, they said they don't provide them, but my friend travelling with us had one in her room! I remember last time we had a small bar fridge. Also, we had very noisy neighbors who at 11 PM were very loud, like having a party in their room. I called the reception and complained, and they said they would send security, but 30 minutes later they were still very noisy. So I had to get out of bed and go and bang on the neighbors' door and ask them to be quiet as it was nearly midnight and we had to be up early. They then quietened down. But the security should have handled this.

The location is perfect for mall-goers. However, drinking water isn't readily available in the rooms; you have to get it from a dispenser in the hallway. There's no water heater in the rooms.

I stayed here because my son was a finalist in the 2026 West Java Batik Ambassador competition. It was just one floor up from the room to the stage. Everything was fine.

Stayed 3 nights here and had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bed and bathroom were clean, the breakfast menu was variable and delicious and changed every day. I could easily go to D'Botanica Mall to shop or buy food.

Very impressive, strategic location above the mall, can stay overnight while shopping, the room is clean, get a nice room view, friendly staff, good service, highly recommended for those who want to stay overnight while shopping, next time I want to come back here again.

The staff is very friendly, I like it, it's very close to the mall, so you can buy any kind of snack. I really like the food, especially the fruit. Good.

The shower wasn't hot enough, not even warm. Bandung is known for being a cold city. It was quite disappointing. The Wi-Fi was also slow. The room was basic. But the breakfast was okay, delicious, and had a wide variety.

The location is very strategic but the price is affordable, don't increase the price again 😁 Coincidentally, checkout was at 6 before breakfast time but the food for breakfast was still delivered to the room before checkout, complete, there are 2 types of drinks, fruit, cake and complete food according to request 🥰🫶🏻 thanks to the friendly & helpful staff

I spent a night here for transit before my bus trip to the airport. The hotel's location is very strategic, inside the mall, so it's easy to get food and do one-stop shopping. A shuttle bus pool (Lintas Shuttle) is located a few steps away from the hotel and another one (Cititrans) is within walking distance.

When checking in, it was a bit long to wait, about 15 minutes even though it was a weekday and it was already 5 o'clock. The food was just ordinary, not very varied but okay for breakfast.

Few times here, will be here again for a short stay in Bandung. Nice place, nice price too.
