Very convenient stay especially on monday where there is night market happening. Check in is usually fast. The room type is superior twin.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating

The pool water is quite dirty, so many people swimming but nobody using the bath shower so everything get inside

I booked a room include breakfast for 3 (three) persons, but the cleaning service always only prepare the room with towels and drinking bottles for 2 (two) person after cleaning and make up procedure done. So I have to make complain every days of my stay, just to claim for the 3rd towel and drinking bottle.

Trip after entering the room for no more than 20 minutes, trip the second time after evening shopping, changed rooms just waited for a while.

Nice hotel with comfy bed. The hotel surrounding has food and it's convenient to park your car here. Will definitely come again

the lifts were mostly full during the noon time due to checkouts period. We had to wait for more than 15 mins before we could get the lift to go down. Generally, it is a good place to stay with many eateries around KSL Hotel.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and features attentive, friendly service. Facilities are better than average, including a comfortable game room, a well-kept pool, and the Dinosaur Water Theme Park (RM20/pax), which is a nice perk. The food provides good variety and is enjoyable. While the location is convenient and city-close, expect a busy, crowded setting due to the adjacent shopping mall and heavy traffic on the main road

The location is great. It's next to the mall. It's easy to get everywhere.

The bath towel was very dirty, like a mop cloth.

Room is bit noisy at night. Think is comig from central aircon.
