Only setback is the lift, too many guests yet only 4 lifts.

Choosing to stay at this hotel is the most satisfying in my opinion. KSL shopping mall and hotel are integrated side by side, everything is complete here, the food is also suitable.

Location strategic, near ksl mall, staff is very friendly, the room is clean and spacious it's comfortable staying in this hotel, recommended hotel.

The location is above the mall, making it easier for us to find food.

Oh my God, bad experience for this time after a few times staying at this hotel. Two times my door can't lock, and before I check out, my card is not working. Go back two times to reception. At last, the staff needs to follow to open. No battery, the cleaning staff said 😩

all is good but the window dirty cant see outside, its like 10 years never clean huh. the breakfast was great (my baby's nanny said)

The room is spacious and comfortable, with convenient access to nearby eateries.

Good location, lots of dining and shopping options and complimentary parking. It was a nice surprise to have a large smart TV in the room and an unblock view. However, in the day the room was a bit warm due to direct morning sun.

Strategic location in the shopping center, suitable for a vacation when visiting Johor.
