It was raining really hard, the roof leaked, water from outside entered from under the door. The shower water died early in the morning (he said because there was maintenance omg). Musty pillows. Sticky floor on feet. Soap and shampoo are not clearly labeled. There are only toothbrushes if requested, even though they are 4 stars. I don't know. The employees are fine. Only that is really good.

Positive value, room cleanliness is maintained well and has a good taste of food. We appreciate this. And the criticism from us, this resort really needs more lighting. Scary atmosphere at night. The service from staffs really needs to be improved, they don’t have hospitality. There must be training on how to handle guests from check in to check out. We arrived at 10 pm and there was only 1 female receptionist and security staff. Staff can't help carrying suitcases. Hopefully all services can be improved.

The staff was very nice and the room very tidy also very quiet, good for escape after living in the busiest and crowded places

At that time, we arrived at Kamaya around Pkl. 08.00 night Bali time, upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and waitress, given a welcome drink while waiting for the check-in process to finish. After that we were ushered into the room, explained about the room and hotel facilities, in which there was already a welcome greeting me in a scroll. The atmosphere is very beautiful full of plants around it, but the lighting needs to be added outside, too dark. This resort deliberately does not provide TV facilities (do not know for other rooms) because in my opinion to be more intimate, this place is suitable for escape and honeymoon, also for family holidays because it is near the beach. In the morning, you will be awakened by the sound of birds chirping even though at night you will hear the sound of a dog's slipping, but all pay off with the beauty of Kamaya when the sun starts to shine, especially with the private pool and breakfast facilities that can be delivered to the room. You can also soak in warm water in a bathtub made of ceramics while enjoying the breeze and the chirping of birds in the morning from the outdoors, but unfortunately, we get a leaky shower faucet. Behind Kamaya's shortcomings, for me and my husband, Kamaya gives a beautiful impression that is not forgotten. (like the 2nd honeymoon), it is highly recommended for married couples and families. Nice place to relax, but there is no television.

I knew it would be nice. Really, I felt grateful.

We spent two days at Kamaya. The staff are friendly, giving great services.

Good hotel, suitable for us who having romantic holiday. But unfortunately, the hot water didn't work properly when we were there. Other than, it was fine.
