It was really nice to stay here, got a triple bed room, not far from the beach, the kids were happy.

The room is nice, clean, cold AC, clean bathroom, fragrant, smooth water. Delicious breakfast. Can play water and swim directly in front of the beach. Close to the harbor and places to eat.

Clean. Staff friendly. Location close to the port & night market.

The hotel staff is very friendly, informative about all the facilities in the hotel.

Very happy to stay for 4 nights 5 days at the hotel until you feel very comfortable. Very homey. The employees are really top, very friendly, very diligent from the gardener, recepcionist, houskeeper, chef, waiter to all of them I give a thumbs up. They are very very helpful in every way. To the owner of Samba. Need to reward employees. In front of the hotel there is a Dayang Spa, cheap massages are really good. To Mas Iwan therapist at Dayang Spa. The massage is solid. I hope my family and I can vacation back to Gili Trawangan and can meet you again. Thank you so much to the entire Samba crew.

we stayed 8 nights over new year 2021 in a 3 bedroom villa. sorry because many other hotels or villas are much cheaper and more pleasant. The restaurant does not open, the TV has no broadcast, the breakfast is just ordinary, bikes must be rented (at least the hotel provides free because many facilities are not functioning and the price is so expensive). But it's a great family vacation because there are many activities we can do on Gili Trawangan.

Very comfortable and satisfactory service

For the whole iit was quite satisfactory. Only the water in the closet did not come out. The wifi was hard to connect perhaps because the connection to the server was difficult. Those are the only weaknesses. Hopefully my input can serve as improvement. Thank Samba, satisfactory service.
