During my two nights stay here, the staff were helpful and informative. The rooms were not too spacious but comfortable, hot shower and air con worked. The location is top-notch, located near Taman Sejarah; the building itself is part of Kota Lama heritage. It's not far from the train stations and some tourist attractions.

My best experience was staying here. I first stayed here in 2020, right after the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, every time I'm in Surabaya, I always stay here. The service is incredibly friendly, the rooms are excellent, and they're incredibly clean. Don't forget to stay at Hotel Horison by Arcadia; it's absolutely fantastic.
