I got room 607, which met my request: the highest floor, one bed, a smart TV, and a nice view. However, unfortunately, the room I stayed in was poorly maintained.
There was only one door lock (no double security). The sink light didn't work, making the room feel dark, and the toilet light was very dim. When I requested a follow-up, only the light bulb was replaced.
For three nights, the floor of the room was consistently wet and watery, as if there was a leak. Initially, I thought it was the AC, but it turned out to be coming from the floor itself. As a result, the room felt damp and smelled. Housekeeping was very good (clean sheets and towels), but the leak issue should have been addressed by an engineer for thorough maintenance.
Public areas also need attention. Trash in front of the elevator was poorly maintained and smelled, and a "wet floor" sign was left in the middle of the elevator for more than a day, with no clear direction.
The food was lacking in variety and could be improved. The chicken was served in large pieces and tasted bland—perhaps it would have been better if it had been cut into smaller pieces (such as "rica-rica") to better absorb the spices. The signal was very poor, causing the smart TV to frequently buffer and not run smoothly, which was quite disappointing. When it rained, the area in front of the lobby (driver pickup point) was flooded, but no public area staff were seen monitoring the situation, making it seem like they lacked awareness of guest safety.
On the positive side, the staff were very kind and friendly, including being very flexible in leaving my keys and belongings when I rented a motorcycle and a car. This was greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
