my room have cockroach crawling and the breakfast watermelon not so fresh

I extended another day because it was that comfortable and clean. Big room, big space, nice and friendly staff.

the hotel was really nice i did not expect it to be that great. it was big also for a premier essential twin room. definitely would come back again next time

Hotel.abit tired that needs some revamp. Both aircon & TV not working, and Wifi was down too..

Been good overall. Like the accessibility to the mall and the convenience for food and other necessities.

Checked into a room and found out that room AC is not working ; Wanted to report to front desk about this but the phone line is off - no dial tone. Tried calling from the public area phone near lift lobby on our floor, but it’s off no dial tone too. So I have to go down to lobby’s front desk to report. After an attempt to fix the problem, AC just work for 1 hour and broke again….. got to go down to lobby AGAIN coz phone line is off. Insisted on moving to another room, to find out that phone line is also not working in the new assigned room. Such basic facility is necessary, hotel management need to look into this.

Quite confusing at the first time I arrived because the map shown the direction of the hotel was nearby the mall but I did not seen the logo of the hotel. The roadway and direction to Lobby or drop off area should also to be improved in future. Overall the services such as counter lobby and the housekeeping was good and okay. The location is the most on top of the list because almost nearby the amenities (walking distance to Shopping Malls, LRT, MRT etc.) and also nearby the city center of Subang Jaya. The bedroom was excellent, spacious and comfortable. The meal also tasty and have variety choice. The room price is reasonable.

The hotel is nice, right next to the mall so it's not difficult to find food.

Main issue is wifi connection. Since the room has separate space for work (desk & table) at frontdoor w/ bed, the wifi only covers the frontdoor (not all the way to bed). Accesibility is abit of issue, not like a short walking distance to nearest LRT station of Subang Jaya, need like ~10mins walking. The surrounding is abit nice since it's on the same complex as shopping area and nearby AEON (located just across the LRT station). The food is nice, diversity can be improved abit. The toilet has external bidet, but no spray nozzle. No gym nor pool, a bit letdown on this. Decent option imo if you landed on Subang Airport and want to look for nice room during short 1d stay

Staff very friendly & she upgraded our room to a family room which is bigger & with a fridge which I need for storing my insulin during my stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Easy to find food because on the 2nd floor the hotel lobby leads to the mall. I stayed at Empire because it is close to SJMC.

location next to the mall, the hotel is part of the mall. strategic. comfortable. not noisy.

The staff is helpful. The environment is close to the mall and there are many choices of food.

The hotel charge 10 RM/night for non Malaysian cetizen. Not for deposit. For what? Never ever happen to us when we stay in others country.

The location of empire hotel is next to empire mall so it was convenient.

This hotel under renovation, no sportcentre, my room not clean when I entered. The waste still in the rubbish bin. But it located beside the mall. Nice location.

Conveniently linked to Shopping Mall. Room cleanliness can be improved. Overall, not bad!
