There is no place to put towels or clothes in the toilet, there is no remote control for the AC to set the temperature.

I didn't have high expectations when booking a room here, considering it was only a 3-star hotel. Many of the reviews praised its strategic location and friendly staff, which I agree to some extent. For the room itself, it wasn't really soundproof, so you could hear what's going on outside and vice versa. The bathroom was really small, and the toilet lid was loose. Additionally, the floor was very slippery as in someone had spilled a lot of soap on it. Staying in this hotel was one hell of an experience, but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

I am very comfortable staying at the Swiss Hotel because it is close to everywhere. And it is a shopping center for Malay clothes and knick-knacks in Kuala Lumour which has very friendly prices. And it is also close to historical places in Malaysia such as Dataran Merdeka, I Love KL and others.

The room is very narrow, the room is very soundproof

This is the second time staying here, but this last time was very disappointing because three nights stayed, for 2 nights the room was not cleaned at all, even though we had hung a label for the make up room, for a very strategic location, but the hotel is very old especially the lift was terrible.

Nice stay only can be better if can improve shower pressure at higher level, need to wait until water come out & very weak flow.

All is bad, tidak sesuai gambar, ruangan sempit seperti kandang ayam. Bahkan 1 orang bergerak pun ga cukup.

Not comfort at all, very small parking also prob area not good. Toilet out room like pelarian. Very dispoint choose this one. Only a bit near to shopping place.

Receptionist very friendly. The room was good, worth the price given. Parking available & near hotel but must self paid. Can walk around the hotel to shopping 🤗.

For a minimal budget, this hotel is decent enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, good service and a very strategic location.

My experience here is pleasant, the price is cheap, the hotel rooms are clean, at the left and right end of the hotel room there are irons that can be used, the hotel is close to the train station so it's easy to travel, close to various interesting spots, in front of the hotel there is 7eleven so it's easy to buy food / drink.

The room fits the bag just barely, the receptionist helps well. Overall okay.

The elevator is often jammed, the building is old ... but so far so good because it is very close with the free database ... just in the yard

The room smells like shit, they forgot to put the shampoo and other! Very not recommend

Had a pleasant stay & nice view from the room. But need to upgrade the lift as it can’t fit more than 4 person with luggage.

The location is close to the mosque market, suitable for those who like to shop for cloth, not far to the plains of independence, close to the Masjid Jamek, the rooms are comfortable, there are quite a lot of broadcasts on the TV, air conditioning dinging, the bathroom also has hot water.

The room is clean, but the windows are very loose and dangerous for children who enjoy exploring.

Close to the parliament building and shopping.
