Staff was outstanding. I’d like to mention the little lady at breakfast. She was so pleasant and nice to talk to. Another lady who stood out was the blonde lady at dinner who was very attentive and friendly! And the young man who helped us in the mornings since he spoke English the best. Thank you!

Great location, short walk to train station and a lot of trails for hiking. Hotel staff was amazing ( special thank you to Michael, Ivanna,and Vannaren Yani). Room is spacious and clean,and the breakfast is ready good too.Totally recommended.

Nice hotel, 10 minutes walk from the pretty village of Gengenbach.

Nicely located, good breakfast area, and bar with outside seating. Some staff went out of their way to help, which was much appreciated as I don’t speak much German. On the downside the evening meal was expensive with a limited menu

Friendly staff, also layed out the table for a birthday surprise, didnt ask them to just came down for breakfast to it, only thing that i would change would be the pillows as they are very soft and had to fold them to get some support.

Staff is super nice. Hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms can use a decoration refresh but they are big and clean. About a 10 min walk to Gengenbach town centre. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the vibe looked relaxing.

Very good comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of a historic small town. Local transport links are very good and included free of charge with the Konus card. A friendly and helpful staff team made our stay an enjoyable one.

Alles perfekt

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Einrichtung etwas veraltet. Sauna war leider aus, obwohl wir das Hotel deshalb ausgewählt hatte. Der Rezeptionist konnte uns leider nicht weiterhelfen. Schwimnbad und Saunawaren nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Das FFrühdtück war gut und reichhhsltig.

Haben ein Upgrade auf ein Comfortzimmer erhalten und uns sehr gefreut. Zimmer war gross und gut gelegen. Tolles Frühstück jeden Tag.

Nice hotel with walking distance to town and black forrest activities nearby.

The superior room was spacious, featured a balcony, and was nicely decorated. Breakfast was adequate. The check-in process was pleasant and welcoming. However, check-out was quite complicated, as the receptionist attempted to charge me for the night, even though it had already been paid for at the time of booking.

Nice staff and good restaurant. Rooms are good.
