Very clean and spacious room for a small family. Our son really enjoyed the free snack bar in the room.

Very clean and perfectly located to see London. Super helpful staff (spot on with restaurant recommendations and assisting with luggage storage/management). Could not be more pleased with what we got for the price.

Convenient location and loved the mini bar!

Didn’t have a kitchen. Just coffee maker. Appreciated the Britta water faucet and the snacks/drinks in the fridge. Was cleaned and well maintained. Near the train station, which was what we needed

A really good choice for my early Eurostar! Super easy walk across the road and I was there. Efficient staff, lovely clean modern room plus useful kitchen area. Highly recommended.

We stayed on 2 different nights at the start and end of a holiday using Eurostar. The location was ideal for St Pancras and Kings Cross, and the staff were happy to look after baggage before check-in and after check-out. We stayed in suite 12 (2nd floor) and suite 4 (basement). Both were spotless and the right size for a family of 4. There was a free mini bar with drinks and snacks and a separate dining area with a coffee machine. It was tucked away on a quiet street considering how close to the major stations it was. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean and location was great - next to trains, very safe and lots of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The double room was very small and basic, but felt warm and cozy for a stay during cold weather. The room was very quiet and came with free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator, as well as coffee and filtered water. Overall perfect for a short stay!

This location is only a few minutes walk from Kings X, making it the ideal location to explore London, whilst not staying inner-city. The hotel was amazingly clean. The room looked like it had only just been refurbished and was in pristine condition. The complementary drinks and snacks in the mini bar was a nice touch, as were the rolls of Andrex in the bathroom - none of that cheap stuff that you have to triple fold to use! The staff were amazing and thoroughly accommodated an early bag-drop prior to check in and happily held bags for us after our check out until we were ready to head home. If I need to stay in London again, this place will be my go-to accomodation.

From start to finish everything was excellent. Welcoming arrival, spotless entrance. We dropped bags off early so when we returned to check in our bags were already in the room. Spotlessly clean, amazing complimentary welcome pack. Nothing could have been better. Will definitely return.

Staff excellent. Courteous, helpful. Room very cramped. Stubbed my toe several times moving round foot of bed. Bed too large for the space.
