Clean room, did notice issue with damp and room was changed without any fuss, things happen like that with old buildings and weather was awful. Right on edge of Merchant City and easy to explore Glasgow. Rooms whilst not large, ideal for short break and comfortable. Don't expect to catch up with more than basic emails as WiFi speed was terrible, again could be issue with old building, though would say sympathetic conversion into an hotel from old print works

A couple of small shops, cafe and bar. The place is walking distance to the city centre which is good. Air conditioning working which I don't need at that time since the weather was a bit cold. Staffs were great.

Great clean simple rooms with everything you need in the centre of Glasgow, 2 min walk from Queen Street

The hotel is in a convenient location in downtown Glasgow. The rooms are very small, and having a window is an "upgrade". The common area in the lobby is very pleasant and well appointed. The staff are friendly. There is 5 p.m. wine and cheese each day, but you need to sign up as a member in advance. Breakfast buffet looked great, but is not included in the price of the room.

Lovely room, clean and comfortable . Have to say I found the staff on reception were excellent and happy to help. Happy to recommend.

Bed was very hard, pillows also were very hard. I’ve had a better sleep in a tent.

I was made to move rooms half way through my trip. It would have been a lot better if I was informed of this when I first checked in

For the price it’s hard to argue with it

Very clean room, full sky package included in price, good range of complementary coffee, teas and water. Bathroom/shower doors didn’t fully close.

Staff were helpful on check-in. Room was clean and tidy and fine for what was required. Would have got a better score but for a terrible nights sleep.. continued knocking/tapping sound from somewhere in the ceiling kept me awake most of the night. Same experience for my colleague on the same floor.

Good points - very clean and staff very friendly/helpful. Very handy, central location. Bad points - bed was not comfortable. Poor sound insulation between rooms and I was kept awake by noisy guests in next room. They were not partying, just talking and laughing but it carried through the wall.

Room was clean and as described. No issues.
