Was a great hotel. Centrally located and close to things to do. Couldn’t access the pool but wasn’t sure how to get to the pool.

I truly enjoyed my stay and wish could have stayed longer. The terrace has beautiful views and the food is delish!

The place is beautiful, but a bit noisy. If you don't mind the noise, this place might be perfect for you.

Great hotel! Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Definitely a good spot for music, food and entertainment since there is a restaurant on the terrace. There is noise in the evening but that was expected when I booked and I had no issues.

Too loud around the hotel at night

The architecture and design was amazing, but the service was horrible. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived, and upon check out they charged us $7 for a small wash cloth we had used to clean the edge of the bathtub with. Additionally, they ruined one of our suitcase telescopic handle, had five maintenance staff trying to fix it,and failed, and refused to reimburse us or credit one night. Horrrible experience. Sad with such a beautiful design and view. I have travelled the world professionally for 25 years and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

They need to make a different entrance to the upstairs restaurant

It was a great experience to stay at Loas Amantes, they have a great location and it can be a little noisy but definitly worth it.

We had the superior master suite with a private balcony, the views and the vibe from this place is simply amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel is beautiful but way too loud around. They do warn you about the noise so it’s hard to reduce the rating but they aren’t kidding. Noise all night and all morning. The nightlife noise is understandable since you are at the center of it all, but the morning noise is hard to get away from. You can hear people talking, walking and cars starting at 6-7 am. The trucks delivering water was very noisy. Location is great!
