A wonderful hotel!

I have to say the staff was so kind to help me with a luggage shipping issue, they called customer service to have it rerouted for me for a bag that wasn't even shipped by them or sent to them. It can be challenging in Japan to do things over the phone if you don't speak Japanese. I really appreciated the help! The property has amazing views of the city. A grand lobby. But the rooms have not been updated in recent decades. Our non smoking room had a faint odor of smoking, unfortunately. Thanks to old carpets? There was also a smell issue with the bathtub. It's drain or something else was bringing in a pretty foul odour into the bathroom. I didn't expect this in Japan.

Service from the staff was top notch. Moca went way above expectations with her performance. She made my day. The only knock I have is the lack of laundry facilities.

The hotel has great view of city of Nagasaki, but location is a little inconvenient. There are no restaurant or convenience store nearby. It is located high hill, it's hard to walk to city. There are no laundry, it is also inconvenient. They have shuttle service, which is good to go to Nagasaki station or to the mountain to see night view of the city. The staff are friendly, hotel is old, not updated. My room's toilet water did not stop. If you come here by car, it might not be a problem, but If you arrive here by public transportation, not so good.

Great value for money and one of the best view in Nagasaki!

There is no coin laundry and the laundry service was expensive by Japanese standards (altho on par for Australian hotel laundry services). The wifi was so slow that I could not use various websites, including my bank's website which was a nuisance as I wanted to convert money to yen (cheaper to do this online than by withdrawing at ATM).

We were greeted as we pulled up, they parked our car and welcomed us in from the beginning. Delightful stay!

とにかくスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。夜遅いチェックインにも快く対応してくださり、出掛けるときも戻るときも必ず外でお見送りとお迎えをしてくれる。夜景も素晴らしくまた長崎に行ったときは泊まりたいと思いました！

언덕위라 차가 없으면 불편하겠지만 셔틀로역까지 이동되어 괜찮아요. 야경이 너무 멋있고, 굳이 다른데가서 야경보지 않아도 돼요. 어차피밤에꼬불한 길못가요. 시내보다 너무 멋지고 가성비 잇고 고급호텔이었습니다

スタッフの対応が良かった

部屋、バスルームがとても広い。また朝食はメニューも充実し、景色も綺麗で満足できました。場所が山の上にあるため、バスやタクシーを利用しないといけないですが、それを差し引いても満足です。

很有歐洲風的飯店

綺麗で居心地が良く長崎港が綺麗に見える客室、優しくて親切なスタッフ、大満足です。今後も利用したいと思っています。
