Only thing we didn't like was no coffee pot in room had to go downstairs or order room service for coffee in the morning

Everything was ok

Staff was very helpful in meeting my needs for my overnight stay along with my puppies. The room was clean and spacious, had a great view of the volcanos. I’ll gladly stay here again.

Very nice clean property in a lovely neighborhood. Dog free is MEX 500 for"Pet Friendly" stay.

Quiten ese hotel de su página. El hotel NO ESTÁ EN FUNCIONAMIENTO. Si uno hace una reservación aquí, te llega un mail diciendo que te van a pasar al hotel NH del centro.
