Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially for a non-Japanese-speaking tourist like myself. Room is very big and clean, all kinds of accommodations are available, and the breakfast buffet is just, chef's kiss. The only one nitpick I had was there's no nearby konbini available, haha. Excellent hotel!

It was very nice experience to stay at Quintessa Hotel OsakaBay. The room so clean and big with saperate bathtub and toilet. Breakfast very satisfiying and many various of food. will come back if visiting Osaka again.
