Saput who runs Avalon House is an amazing host and helped us with everything to make our stay as smooth as possible. The price/quality ratio of this hotel must be one of the best in Kathmandu. I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

We had a lovely stay at Avalon house and the staff just did everything right. We got a homecooked meal both days and had a late flight the following day but we were still allowed to have our bags stored there and use their wifi while we were waiting. Very much appreciated!

Avalon House ligger lige udenfor Thamel, så man har alle turisternes nødvendigheder indenfor kort afstand (restauranter og caféer, udelivs-forretninger, souvenir butikker mm.). Avalon House har en meget venlig og service-minded ejer, som gør at man føler sig meget velkommen på stedet.Prisen er rimelig og hotellet er helt klart et sted jeg vil bo igen.
