Surprisingly good hotel for London. Clean friendly staff

For an overnight stay, it was pleasant with everything that you need and a great location if planning a night out. My only criticism is the lack of space. Had a room without a window and there was barely any space between the bed, the shower and the room door. Was told that the rooms with windows may have been slightly more spacious so will remember that if I stay there in the future.

The room was nice and clean, small and no window but it worked for 1 person traveling or couples who are ok with being in top of each other. Overall good stay

You just have to wait 10-15 minutes for your room to be prepared and that’s it.

Overall excellent for the price. Helpful staff. Very nice and safe for solo travellers.

There was black mould all over the windows and the frames. Disgusting.

The staff were really lovely and a great location It was a really warm day and the air con wasn’t good at all!! Especially with no window it was very stuffy Found apple cores in the bin from the previous guest

Not a big space but perfect to spend most out the day out and about, and sleep in

Room clean, well conditioned.Stall very polite and helpful.Breakfast was good enough for me.Also , our room was small, but one can always spend time in breakfast area with glass of wine and cheese.Every Thursday there's complimentary wine and cheese what is really lovely.All in all -good hotel.

Nice location, clean room. I'd stay again. Though if you're traveling with others the room may be a little tight.

Excellent location and really enjoyed the room , it is small but everything is in it that you need . I certainly did appreciate the air conditioning as I stayed for a couple of nights during the heat wave . Really good value for money and will definitely be booking again next time I go to London. Highly recommend.

Good, solid, well positioned hotel.

I have stayed here a few times now and this was by far the smallest room I have stayed in. It was tiny, bathroom on the left and then straight ahead was the bed. There wasnt much room at all for anything. The aircon was working but definitely not at full capacity. I selected 18 degrees and work up extremely warm in the night. Previously not had an issue with the hotel but glad I was only staying for 1 night in the room I had
