Great location, very clean, has everything you need. Plenty of space, good service and amazing air conditioning that you can really control the temperature. Each room as its own ac unit so the temperature can be controlled separately. The check in was great with easy communication. The washer/dryer was in great condition. Awesome experience for a family of five.

Excellent accommodation in a great location. The studio apartment was so spacious with a comfortable bed and lounge area. If I was visiting Kyoto again I would definitely stay again. The washer dryer was so useful. In a great location to access multiple areas - surrounded by some lovely restaurants and bakeries too.

Better looks more modern than showing in the photographs . Great location in-town nearby everything. Excellent personnel. Well managed. Well maintained. Highly recommended.

Spacious home away from home and great coffee.

This was a very special location. So close to Nishiki Market and local boutique shopping. Easy walk to Gion and sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. The room had all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely little garden outside the room. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the Kyoto area. We will definitely come back here to stay.

This location is perfect. So close to Nishiki and Kawamarchi and walkable to Gion, Yasaka Temple and Kiyomizu-deri Temple. Great roomy apartment and we even cooked a few meals at home because the Lawson across the street was a Lawson 100 which is the grocery store. Absolutely perfect!

Room was fantastic. Separate bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and there was room for everyone (6 people) in the living room/kitchen area. Everything was very clean and the furniture comfortable. We were also able to easily walk to restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good hotel, very clean, great location, very spacious compare with other hotel in Tokyo.

The Good - Good sized apartment (especially for Japan), clean and well managed. - Two doors with two dead bolts for each door and intercom for security, not that you will need it. - Safe neighborhood, close to main market and covered shopping street. - 10min walk to main shopping street and 15min walk to Gion. Convenient store across the road. Good Ramen 5-10min walk away. - Karasuma Oike is closest Subway station. Few stops then to Kyoto station. - Attentive and helpful staff. - Having a kitchen, laundry, cutlery and crockery is most helpful. The not so good (but not deal breakers) - windows are not sealed like a hotel, so can be noisy, especially in the morning and night (up until 11pm), think delivery vans and people coming out of restaurants, not pubs and clubs with bands and music. Still can sleep through if tired. - WiFi keeps cutting out even after the staff changed the router. TIP - unplug fully, count to ten and replug. - Curtains are not block out type. Expect the sun to come through at 6am. Ok if you want an early start to the day but if you want to sleep in then I suggest wearing some eye shades. Conclusion - A good property, will stay again and recommend.

As we walked into the room everything was dark. Overall it was ok but it felt like we were staying in a basement...no natural light, no views. Area was ok. Difficult to find at first.

Big spacious 3 bedroom apartment perfect for travelling with family, great location for walking and exploring Gion and surrounds

Myself and family (wife and 3 kids) were at RandRun for 5 nights recently. It is modern, well appointed, close to shops and transport. We saw many sights around the city and found it to be ideally located with both train and bus transport closeby.

Very friendly and prompt service, excellent English spoken by staff, who were also happy to assist in day trip bookings and restaurant reservations. Everything about the apartment was comfortable and of a high quality. Air conditioner and heater worked well. The warm overhead showers were fantastic with great water pressure after a day out in the cold. Wi-Fi worked great. Close to convenience stores, excellent restaurants, Nishiki market and lots of shopping.

Near Nishiki market and 10-15 min walk to shopping mall. Many restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment, great for a group or family. Staff are very helpful.

Great new apartment in Centre of Kyoto. Fantastic location - walking distance from multiple bars, restaurants etc. We were a big group - 6 adults and 2 children. There were 3 big bedrooms and 2 showers and washrooms. The rooms were big and spacious - with the central living room becoming a focal point to connect! The facility was new and very very comfortable. Highly recommended for big groups!
