Room very nice with large bathroom. Turn down service included at night. Hotel very quiet. Within walking distance to many historical sites and restaurants. Only negative is the lack of a gym.

The staff was friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. And the hotel is very well located for visiting the colonial center of Puebla.

Great hotel! We had suite 20 and was amazing. The staff is what makes the difference. Love it!

Large rooms, well appointed bedding, towels, robe, coffee. The description of the "Garden View Suite is more than misleading. The first room we were given had no view whatsoever, the window was frosted and about ten feet off the ground. The second room had one window onto the street. Finally, we got a room with two large windows facing an interior courtyard, but it was not as large nor a well appointed as the first two "suites" we were shown.

This was my second time staying here. Definitely better than the 1st time. I would definitely come back again…..

Staff was not friendly and attentive.

Beautiful hotel, however difficult to navigate. Found it difficult to find restaurant and pool. Bathroom was a bit awkward. Very difficult to figure out television with two remote controls.

The front desk assistants were not helpful. The air conditioning did not work even after notification early in the morning. Maintenance did not arrive until the evenings g when we called again. It was still hot all night. We were not offered a discount to due to the conditions.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel with a lovely pool area and great food. The location could not have been better, right on the edge of historic Puebla, with a plethora of markets, bars, restaurants and beautiful buildings at your doorstep. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Puebla.
