Great area - walkable to center, near restaurants, grocery stores and great communication with Goran! The room was clean and I enjoyed staying there.

A very nice and clean room a close walk to the Old Town of Split. Enjoyable 2 nights stay.

Cute little room which provided us a wonderful 2x night stay in Split. The rooms are located in the pedestrian area which is excellent but you're not too much in the area that you have to deal with the noise of it. Quick 5-10 min walk (beautiful walks) to everything you'd need to see. Also the room has a great AC which was important as it was 30 º everyday Parking can be a challenge but we managed to find a street spot up the road for free. there's a large paid lot just up the road but it's usually full Goran was a wonderful host who helped us check in and provided us with tons of information about parking

Thank you Goran - we loved our stay in Split at your property. Room was a good size and immaculate with a modern bathroom. Location was great - walk out the door and straight walk to town. Communication with host was great, especially as our accommodation was in a car free zone - very helpful tips about wheee to park. Also great info on the best beaches and sightseeing. Highly recommend for a couple wishing to stay in beautiful space and walk to everything. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. In addition to the apartment perfectly meeting our needs, Goran welcomed us very well, was super attentive and gave us great tips for our trip. I would definitely recommend this property.

Deluxe Rooms Tramonto was the perfect choice! The rooms are beautiful and the location was perfect! There was a city parking lot a block away and it was an easy walk to Diocletian’s Palace and everything else you’d want to see! Highly recommend!

This place was lovely! The room was so nice and clean, and the location is very convenient as it’s right at the entrance to Old Town. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating during my check-in and check-out process, as was the cleaning lady. Highly recommend!!

Great place

Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Place was clean and cozy. Walkable to some good restaurants and not far from the waterfront. Felt safe walking around. Only wish the windows didn’t have blinds covered and shut the whole time as I enjoy natural light.

Beautiful, comfortable room and bathroom. A bit noisy in the morning with early construction work next door. Very close walk to Old City, supermarket and restaurants. Very hard place to park particularly if arriving on a lovely Sunday afternoon. There is a paid carpark close by but it would be the luck of the draw in terms of parking.

Great hosts (super responsive by whatsapp) and the place was clean and comfy. Highly recommend

Stylish , super clean, comfortable room . Great welcome from Goran . Great location , easy to walk to beaches , the Palace , bars and restaurants. Efficient air conditioning and fast WiFi .We would definitely stay again when visiting Split

This room was so clean and nice. The building exterior was not to attractive, but the rooms were exactly what we wanted.

Excellent location just a short walk from the harbour and Diocletian’s palace. The room and bathroom were to a very high standard and regularly cleaned. Goran who greeted us was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for things to visit and places to eat and drink. Would stay here again!!
