Staff was friendly , helpful and responsive. Place was clean and it is an amazing locations. Stairs were rough, especially after being in the sun all day. They were so helpful in having someone assist us.

We really enjoyed staying at the Gothic Palace Heritage. The room was very comfortable and quiet despite being located in a very touristy location. Staff was extremely kind. Highly recommend it!

Great little spot in Split. Perfect location in the middle of old town, right above a cute little restaurant.

This place was simply gorgeous! It's right in the center of Old Town and is so perfectly located by all of the attractions. Very close to the shore, while still being nestled in with the Old Town excitement. Plenty of shops and museums and restaurants to enjoy and the view from the room was absolutely unbeatable. Would highly recommend!

We had someone meet us right at the entrance to get us all checked in. The room was comfortable other than the bathroom always had an off smell... maybe something coming from the drains? They answered any messages very promptly and made sure we had what we needed.

PROS- Great staff. Ana, Meji, and Mariana. Meji is always there to help you meet your needs. CONS- Extremely small rooms. Not a chair nor a couch to relax on. Except for the bed and a very small and uncomfortable desk/chair. Very suffocating. Smells like sewer REAL BAD. SO BAD that I had to move to another property. Property is on 3rd floor, and A LOT OF STAIRS to get up to the room!

Staying within the palace walls in Split is the only way to go. Although not handicap accessible, this place was great for us. Split is a gem and it will change your perspective on the world… must go!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Interesting and large room in historic centre. Easy access to sights, harbour and beaches.

It is right in the center of the old palace area of Split. You could walk to all of the shops, restaurants and pubs. I absolutely loved how quaint the rooms were. So beautiful. I cannot say enough.

Loved being in the heart of the city

Gothic Palace is inside Diocletian’s Palace which is free and open to the public. It’s easily walkable, directly near historical sites and close to shopping and eating. The actual room was so unique. It was gorgeous, looked like an actual castle! Loved our stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet !

Comfortable room close to all the action and sights in Split. Nice restaurant on the ground floor was good, but not so good with the noises later at night. Part of being in old town.

A little hard to find but worth it once you get your bearings, nice rooms.

The staff was excellent. We received prompt responses to our requests and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We intend visit again next year!

We were between four and seven minutes for all of our tour meeting spots. Yes, the three flights of stairs are rough when you’re tired after a long day, but the location makes those steps worthwhile. There are a few things we would have liked. I wish there was a fridge and not just a mini bar as well as a microwave. We threw out a LOT of food this vacation. I also wish there was a tissue box instead of just toilet paper. The toilet paper was pretty rough. Also, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked, but I’m used to a memory foam mattress at home. The air conditioning was awesome though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay even with the missing amenities and the stairs.

I would not recommend staying here if you want to go to sleep before 1:00am - the bar directly below us had a loud woman singer and she did not stop until 1:00 - very noisy

The hotel is in the perfect location in Old Split. Very walkable to the Riva and the different sightseeing options in and around old Split. The hotel is also equally close to all the tourist and local restaurants. Also very close to the ferry terminals to go to the other islands and the bus terminals.
