Excellent service et très propre!

Room was excellent, plenty of room and comfortable bed. Only negative would be the breakfast was only average. If you sleep in, some things are finished.

Really nice property. The staff throughout our stay was hit or miss when it came to friendliness, but the rooms were clean and big. The amenities are great as well.

Bed uncomfortable, lots of mosquito eating the breakfast, no WiFi signal in our room. Paid around 150 € so expecting a much better service

After travelling overnight to Corsica we were looking for a hotel to relax in for the day before starting our hiking holiday. The rooms we're lovely and clean. Friendly staff and a fantastic spa! Only thing they could improve on is a vegan option on the menu but as we found this is hard to find in corsica . Would recommend

We stayed for 2 nights before our ferry back to Nice from Bastia and the hotel was perfect for this. The reception staff were excellent and staff in the restaurant were very good on the first night but a bit slower on the second. Great access from the car park to our room, a well thought out hotel.

Excellent location near a supermarket and only 7 minutes from the Bastia airport. No noise from busy road or airplanes. Good breakfast but a bit pricy.

We stayed just for a day as we chose the hotel because of the close location to the airport. However we had a great experience. Staff was really friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was very nice, room was nice and clean, bed - comfortable. We had access to tha spa as well and it was great.

The design is super funky. It seemed all rooms have balconies or at least a Juliet balcony. It is easy to drive to the center of Bastia (10min) and the near by beach (10min) had a lovely cafe and restaurant. The breakfast is adequate with good coffee. Having free parking was a nice touch. I would stay here again, if I’m ever next in Corsica.

It says this hotel is in Biguglia but it is in Tragone, some km down the road. There is nothing there only a supermarket a bar that serves food until 3. Thank fully the train stops here so we used the train to go to the villages nearby. It said the nature reserve and beach were near by, as keen walkers we thought we would walk there. There are no paths or pavements to be able to walk and it is like a game of dare trying to cross the very busy dual carriage way to get to the station even with the pedestrian crossing. Unfortunately we were here for a week. It isn’t suitable for that. It is a short stay hotel.

A new, very comfortable and relaxing hotel with an indoor pool. There are not many restaurant options near the hotel but luckily the hotel restaurant offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Breakfast choice and quality was also very good.

We were expecting the usual quality hotel amenities, attention that we associate with Mercure Hotels. It is advertised as a brand new hotel with all modern facilities but unfortunately it was not finished. There was no swimming pool, no outside lounge/sitting area and generally it was looking like a building site with workmen still operative. Internally very modern, but a few faults became apparent. We were not given the rooms requested, when in the room it again was very modern however the shower door opened the wrong way making it difficult to enter and exit the shower, in fact a big man would not be able to access the shower. Clearly we were disappointed and we pointed this out to the reception staff who said they would have a word with the manager. We were later advise that the Manager was sitting at the bar drinking at the same time we were there and thus we were disappointed he did not approach us with any explanation. The Hotel was not busy and therefore we would expect that the staff and particularly the Manager would have been more attentive. Very disappointed with Mercure Hotel at Bastia clearly the hotel opening should have been delayed or some discount should have been offered.

Brand new hotel...... Amazing customer service..... and very comfortable room. WI-Fi works very well....very close to the airport.
