Prarthana and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast next morning. Views were amazing from our room. Location is beautiful and very conveniently close to the tea lounges and Nuwara Eliya town. Room is very clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel over New years. The staff and management (especially owner Rizeya) were wonderful, so friendly and made us feel at home ! The property is gorgeous, spacious rooms with stunning views and everything was clean & well maintained. The food was delicious, too ! Would highly recommend this hotel !

The property was very beautiful and peaceful. The room service was good too. They helped us with the late checkin and luggage till the top floor where the room was. The lady at the reception was very welcoming. Overall a very good experience.

The Cheriz Boutique is beautiful. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The view of the tea plantation was just stunning. This is a great place for a couple's retreat - peaceful and romantic. The staff were very nice and the a la carte menu was great. It is an ideal hotel to escape to and relax.

Lets start by the location, Nuara Elya is a very quite place to enjoy the view and mountain weather. the city is quite small. the hotel is a cozy one with a great view. “Geeta” the hotel manager is soo seeet, helpful and interesting person to chat with. the rest of the staff are very kind, polite and cheerful. we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay.
