We love this hotel it is outstanding.

這已是二訪寒沐，第一次住行館，第二次住酒店。酒店房間真的很舒適，唯一缺點：因為必須早上6:30離開無法享用酒店早餐,酒店提供的外帶餐冷冰冰在天冷的清晨實在難食用。若能微波加熱真的就無可挑剃了

床很大，配置的兩個枕頭，不論睡覺及靠著看電視都十分舒適。房間內還有一個躺椅，可以靠著喝茶、看書、玩桌遊。 早餐是目前住過飯店最合胃口的，魚片湯和羹米粉都很不錯。

遊戲區設電玩設備妥善率欠佳，也沒有人員常駐幫忙故障排除。 別館光之湯水溫不夠，只有 38度。 晚餐很優，但菜補得有點慢，人員親切服務周到。甜點部份水準比較差，都是死甜。 早餐則有落差。 日式房住四人偏小，因兩張床墊鋪榻榻米上，建議若家庭四人不要選擇日式房。

Travel with a puppy on my bday. The check-in Staff gave a warm welcome and the staff for pet care is passionate and supportive. Good to travel with a dog.

吃了這麼多次早餐，總感覺樣式不多，這也是為什麼我不想訂有早餐的房間的原因，因為不吃也不會覺的遺撼。

We have enjoyed our stay and would come back again. They could add more lights to the room, a bit too dark for us. The bed is bit too soft for me but my husband thinks it's fine.

房間角落依舊一眼就看到灰塵 房間有股淡淡的汚廢水管味道 電視各頻道畫面頻繁的停頓，HK人員重開機上盒後仍無改善，告知會請ENG瞭解處理，但後續未收到任何的通知。 FO接待人員服務、態度非常好（林于X,女性） 早餐仍是非常豐盛 客用電梯清潔

客房服務的品項應該新增，只有供應水 冰塊 與杯子，這真的不太行！

Really enjoyed our stay. There is both private and public onsen. Staff are very nice and breakfast is amazing. They also provide free transportation.

這是第2 次入住 房間非常大且床也很舒服 地理位置佳，出去覓食都方便！

We absolutely loved the buffet restaurant, dinner was absolutely delicious and so was breakfast. The hotel was great for kids, the only reason I took one star out was the room being a bit stuffy when we first entered.

This hotel is great. It provides a 5 star service for sure. The condition, cleanness, food, room and most of the things are great. My kids and I had a good time during our stay. However, the only thing that didn't make any sense at this hotel was that they requested everyone to have a swimming cap to be able to get in their pools. We have traveled to many resorts and hotels in many countries. We have never seen any hotels requesting a swimming cap to get in the pools. This is really so inconvenient and bothers us a lot. We have no desire to visit this hotel again to be honest.

The room is wonderful and comfort with good view

The room had unpleasant smell during my first night. I asked for a room change. The staffs were very responsive and efficient. They changed me another room with fresh air. Overall experience is good.
