I have stayed at this property before when it was called Fraser Suites. It seems like the quality has gone down. The room that I was in was not in very good condition and it was freezing cold. The breakfast was just okay - not as good as it used to be. I spoke to someone at the front desk. They brought me a heater for the room but I was still cold all night. I was disappointed in the whole experience. Probably won't stay there again.

This is the third time staying at Fraser Place. I can’t say enough good things about the staff there. They are excellent! The accommodations are also very good. I will keep coming back for sure.

I recently stayed at the Ascott and while the people there were friendly and the shower was nicer, Fraser Place is superior in all other aspects. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, the furniture, including the bed is very comfortable, which is incredibly important, as someone accustomed to softer beds than one can normally find in China.

It is a tidy and comfortable services apartment. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. location is nearby Sea World, furthermore, it's quite quiet and let the ppl cosy.
