Wonderful hotel! Very family friendly with a great pool and play area for families with kids. The breakfast buffet is lovely with lots of delicious options. The staff is outstanding. Very helpful and kind. Beautiful old building with lots of charm and history. I highly recommend.

Lovely property in quaint area of Braga.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 5 kids age 10, 9, 7). We stayed in 2 rooms next to each other as there were no adjoining rooms available. The hotel was centrally located close to shopping and many restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were very spacious and the exterior of the hotel was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the buffet breakfast was convenient. Braga was a beautiful city, would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is an experience. Waiting lines for everything, and the coffee is a mirage.

Very comfortable well-run hotel in a very interesting building.

Beautiful property in an ancient building what’s the hospital section of the church that’s right next-door there’s a pharmacy. Also attached to the church on the other side so that’s convenient. Dead center to all the restaurants and beautiful churches. Breakfast service was amazing. Only caveat is they have a policy where the servers have to pour your coffee when you have a sudden influx of 20 people in the servers are busy supplying the food stations. It’s very frustrating. They really need to trust the people can pour their own coffee. Overall, Staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable showerhead plenty of heat and good water pressure. I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel located in a historic renovated building in the heart of the historic center of Braga. Excellent service in all areas (front desk, bar, breakfast, housekeeping and spa). Highly recommend for couples or families.

The hotel was in a great location. It is a beautiful place. Great base to tour the Douro valley from

Overnight stay during longer trip, overall good. Location is very central, interesting building that used to be a monastery and a hospital. Good breakfast, the only thing is that they do not have a coffee machine. Parking is challenging, when you come to the front you find that you need drive around the city to get to the parking in the back. During the checkin no details provided unless you ask. No kettle/tea/coffee in room. Considering the location, more attentive service could make this place 10/10

Service was very good

We loved this hotel! It is so unique, being a 500 year old building, once a hospital and so many fascinating parts preserved, it's like walking around a museum! Breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was lovely.
