Water smelled when brushing teeth, shower had sewer smell as well as the sink

For the price we paid, the accommodations was just average. The curtains didn't open and the refrigerated didn't work and though we were told it would be fixed it wasn't.

Nice cozy rooms

Sheets didn't feel clean yellowed as was the bathmat. Disgusting!

Great place to stay

The hotel had no cable the whole night . I had no television to watch . It was awful . Brutal and the front desk said "everyone is experiencing the same issue" . God forbid something goes wrong with your room they will be fast to charge you but they don't provide the service of cable and they don't have smart TVs to be able to access any television . Ruined my entire stay .

We stayed here because it is such a short drive from upper Manhattan since we had to be at Columbia Presbyterian hospital for an early appointment. The hotel has been renovated since we were there four years ago. Our only criticism is that despite our having left at 6:00 am, when we returned at 3:00 pm our room had not been cleaned.

Only 15 minutes complimentary late check out, check out is at 11am.. TV wasn’t working..

DO NOT DROP A SINGLE PAPER ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE YOU WILL GET CHARGED 270$ FOR IT 👍 MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN AND DO THE CLEANING SERVICES JOB OR YOU WILL GET CHARGED 270$ NICE STAY BUT WOULD NOT COME BACK , JUST MAKE SURE YOU READY TO PAY AN EXTRA 270$!!!! JUST FOR BREATHING IN THE ROOM

Limit dining

Check in and service throughout the evening was very good, very friendly. The only surprise was and additional $15 for parking per night. The room was clean and checkout was seamless as well.

Food service at the hotel was not great. First you couldn’t pay with your breakfast with your points or charge it to your room. Then breakfast took a really long time coming out. There was only one poor server working each morning and and both were so sweet. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Very comfortable large room, you can walk to dinner or have a movie, grab Starbucks or just relax in spacious well appointed lobby. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Awesome

I think this hotel sat in a great location close to the highway, and it was so many things near that you could do within walking distance! I will definitely choose this location again in the future. The halls were nice and clean, and the entire facility was beautiful for just lounging or doing whatever.

Freezing room, heat was not in abd took 4 hours to warm up to barely 68 degrees

I was over charged on the amount displayed on expedia and was charged on 2 different cards after being told the apple pay tap wasn't working. Now I'm fighting to get my own money back. I've called the two different banks and the hotel

The goal was to spent a quiet and relaxing night… and the goal was met..!!
