Nice place to stay. The Astana Arena and Botanic gardens are in walking distance, the Baiterek and Grand Mosque a longer walk. I arrived in the morning after a long flight, so the Airport transfer and early check in were really useful. Buffet breakfast, and you can buy snacks from reception. Room was clean and staff were helpful.

We were only here for a few hours for a layover between flights but the staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The staff was friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is great! The breakfast was delicious! I stayed there with my family on vacation and would love to stay again if I ever visit the city again! Keep up the great job!

The hotel is fine but the rooms are very small. Really for a single person on business. Not recommended for a couple on vacation.

They had availability but asked for extra money for early check-in. I stay in Hampton Inn hotels in different locations and this is the 1st time they asked for money for early checkin... something is wrong in that hotel..

Staffs are very nice and property is clean. Closer to airport but bit away from center.

Very clean and modern hotel with the beautiful design. The staff is very helpful and friendly . This hotel in Astana is one of the best Hampton hotel around the world I have ever stayed

The hotel is brand new, and although there is still quite a lot of construction going on in the area, you cannot fault the property itself. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are helpful. The breakfast buffet was very decent, and the waffles were a bonus. The internet was quite good. There are a few eateries nearby, but otherwise it is a new area of the city that is being developed, and currently only good for access to the Astana Arena for sports events. Otherwise, you'll either have to walk quite a bit to the city centre, or take a taxi, which is not expensive. Depending on the nature of visit, I would definitely stay here again in the future.
