Can’t not fault staff we met, room standard - but that is where it ends arrived at hotel was told we would not have access to sky bar due to a private function was little disappointed but was heading in to city - came back to bar on ground floor ordered a margarita which was supposed to be with patron silver observed the bar staff making cocktail unsure what tequila they used but was not patron which is a very recognisable bottle never said anything but paying £12 for a drink thought it was a bit underhand not to be advised of this, had a drink headed upstairs for bed on entering the lift it became apparent the party upstairs was in full swing but just assumed noise was travelling down lift shaft, said to my sister surely you don’t hear that in room - on entering our room it became very apparent that you heard it in room it was bouncing quite literally listened to it for over an hour th en decided to call reception they advised it would be going off at 11.30pm I am all for people enjoying themselves, but I am not happy about paying for a night away and having to experience it 3rd hand never slept most of night just couldn’t settle after music ended. At no point during booking/check in process were we informed that this may be a possibility. Very disappointed with experience, receptionist apologised on check out and did not charge for the car park on the evening of our stay.

Great room, great sky bar, great location...not so good restaurant. The pizza and the curry chicken rice dishes seemed lacking...limited flavour. And...the restaurant always seemed to need reservations regardless of the time. The location is super close to the event centres and we could easily walk up the Finnieston to a nearby store or the many pubs / restaurants on Argyle. Having the Hop On / Hop Off stop across the street was super useful...especially if you get the multi-day pass and want to use it to get you up the hill around dinner time or across town for some shopping.

I really enjoyed the artwork and quotes in the dining area. The hotel is perfect for someone who likes music and entertainment.

Great value for money!

Staff were great, couldn't fault them. But the hotel is looking tired and the carpets in rooms are dusty and dirty looking, especially at door ways, it appears someone has walked grout or plaster dust through the room which is now ingrained in the weave and no matter how hard its hoovered its not going to be clean. Roof had cracks right across it above the beds. Bathroom had broken tile on floor and blackout curtain was partially off rail, so unable to pull along completely. The table and bench seat in the room were chipped and stained. Had we been staying longer we'd have asked for a room change but it was just 1 night so just put up with the issues. Hope this is helpful feedback . Tables were not cleaned between occupants in the skybar, as ours was stained and sticky, even though it was a reservation and waiting on us.

The hotel was nice as was the roof top bar. Negatives: bar service was awful staff were nice. No nibbles like crisps, nuts etc at hotel. Tried getting something to eat after 10pm and told no. No room service either and no shops easily around so we were hungry overnight. Tried to even get some biscuits and they had none. Food ordering at rooftop restaurant is at the bar which the queues are awful. No table order service which might help the frustration everyone had. Not sure how it gets four stars when you see what a four star should offer this falls short. Also booked a twin room got a king room. Was moved quickly. Got to next room another king but it got changed to twin. Beds changed. Duvet covers inside out and upside down on the beds and so crushed. Just not great.

Room great with amazing view of OVO hydro,food in Red Sky Bar delicious and served quickly. All areas clean, staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choice

The Radisson Red is located near a much of the conference centers and industrial sites, but it was quick and easy to get to and they offer on-site parking which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean; the air-conditioning didn't get really cold for us but everything else worked perfectly. Highly recommend making reservations for the roof top bar/restaurant; it gets very busy.

Great night at the Radisson Red Glasgow.

Excellent location for the Ovo. All staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having a drink at the Sky bar, great atmosphere. Comfy beds and great breakfast, would recommend.

Staff were really welcoming, the room was lovely and clean. Going to the sky bar definitely added to an already perfect stay.

Absolutely class hotel to stay at but there was lots of work getting done on the Sunday morning that woke us up

Nice place to stay for business at the congress center. But far from the city.

Cosy and good value

Another great stay with brilliant staff. First time having the breakfast - really enjoyed the selection. The pizzas from the bar are also well worth trying.

A great experience in a lovely location close to our destination too. Upgraded room on arrival as our chosen room wasn't ready. Great service throughout and recommend the cocktails at the Sky Bar.
