Lovely room. Beautiful sea view (apart from the weather!). Friendly and helpful staff.

Worst ever experience of my travel days. Hotel is having massive road works in front of the venue it’s noisy even during night time. No support or finding alternative provided by the hotel nor Expedia. Also outside season multiple amenities of the hotel not functioning or closed.

Great hotel! Clean rooms, facilites were great and staff very obliging to make the stay enjoyable.

The staff is very friendly and nice, they even gave us the option of getting a soft drink in a bottle. However, there is a serious cleaning problem in the rooms - lots of hair in the room, in the shower room there are eyelashes stuck to the countertop of the person who was there before us, the towels are dirty, and it really disgusted us! We didn't even shower even though we arrived from a late flight! So even though the staff is friendly and the hotel is nicely decorated, the cleaning was very disappointing and it's a shame.

Decent hotel with large rooms and large double bed. Bathroom was very small with no place to put your grooming products as the sink area had no space. Worst thing was the WiFi which was Non-existent in the rooms!!! Location was near other nicer hotels with a nice promenade connecting the beachfront hotels. Bus stop outside but pavements are not finished. Food was quite limited at breakfast and dinner.

The room was misrepresented as a "suite" when it was only just one room.

This hotel was really not as expected. Overall very shoddy and tired looking. Bedroom and bathroom not clean. Towels grey and threadbare. The final straw was breakfast on plastic plates like a prison. We booked for a week and checked out after the first night.

THE PROPERTY WAS NICELY DECORATED. The decked area to the rear needs upgrading as very weathered/warped. FOOD WAS ADEQUATE, OUTDOOR POOL SHOWERS NOT WORKING. VERY DUSTY CONDITIONS AROUND HOTEL, DUE TO MAJOR ROADWORKS TAKING PLACE. ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.

This is a great small hotel. Perfectly placed right on the beach front. Sea view rooms are excellent and very clean. Good breakfast selection and eggs to order. Bar open until 11pm and great pool with food Nd drinks service. Approx 25mins from airport

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location really near to Bus stops to get to the city easly

Overall pretty poor experience. Hotel was dirty and worn looking, nothing like the pictures. Food was really the lowest effort possible. Service was okay.

Most terrible were plastic plates for breakfest , shouldn’t take place at this level if the hotel

We had an excellent 3-night half board stay. The room, view, food and staff were excellent. Our room faced the sea, but some rooms face inland over the construction of a new carriage way to upgrade the road, so please specify which view you want.
