Loved this hotel clean, comfortable, great location. Welcome pool after day of sightseeing in the heat

Beautiful boutique hotel, well located and with great friendly service. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a huge plus for these very hot days! The room was comfortable, and the decor was very tasteful. I would’ve loved to stay longer, but we are definitely coming back and recommending it! (We stayed in rooms 305 & 301) my daughter also loved it! Thank you for being so kind and accomodating.

Great hotel, great location! Steps from the main area of alacati but still on a quiet street just off the Main Street. The staff was very friendly, we used Google translate to bridge any communication gaps. The rooms were clean. The breakfast here was also a wonderful traditional Turkish breakfast, one of the best we had.

Great staff, very friendly people, good breakfast. Our room was on the basement so it felt weird, very small and outdated bathroom, lighting of the hallway through stairs going down was not sufficient, used my cell phone light not to fall. Overall good property if you are on higher floors. Staff and perople were very helpful and friendly. Good location.

I liked everything but i wish that they could speak a little more english. It was a little hard to communicate. Wr enjoyed it and would stay there again.

We loved staying here. The room was lovely with a small balcony. The breakfast was amazing.

This is by far the nicest and friendliest place I have ever stayed. The staff is exceptionally caring and nice and treat you like family. The owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet and on one of our nights here he treated us to a home cooked dinner with his family. Make sure you do not miss the breakfast here. Walking distance to the best restaurants and cutest shops in town! You won’t be disappointed. 10 stars.

We had such a great experience with provence hotel. Check in was on time.They have a parking garage close by that you can park your car. Room was decent size.House keeping cleans the rooms everyday. Bed sheets and pillows were always very neat and clean. Location is prime and you can walk to Shops and restaurants within two minutes. Breakfast was great , they serve traditional breakfast dishes everyday. I stayed other hotels in Alacati before that was more expensive , you cannot beat this hotel's service.

kaldığımız odanın -1de olduğu belirtilmediği için odaya girdiğimizde hayal kırıklığına ugradık.Günlük temizliğin belki tek gecelik bir tatil yaptığımız için yapılmadığını düsünüyoruz.Onun dısında havuzu küçük ama yeterliydi hatta bizden baska havuzu kullanana denk gelmedik.Calışanlar cok ilgili,nazik ve tatlıydılar.İletişim kurmak gayet kolay ve rahattı.Genel olarak kücük,tatlıve keyifli konum açısından da iyi bir konumdaydı.Otelden ve otelde geçirdiğimiz vakitten çok memnun kaldık.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi,temizlik güzel,şık bir butik otel.Ancak kahvaltısı çok yetersiz.2 oda 3 kişi konaklamamıza rağmen standart herkese gelen 2 kişilik kahvaltı geliyor ki o kahvaltı bile 2 kişiye yetersiz,kahvaltıda tereyağ,kahvaltı sosu,patates sigara böreği v.b hiçbirşey yok.3 kişi 5 mini pişi bölüştük.

Temizlik ve konfor anlamında alaçatının en iyilerinden diyebilirim. Odalar gayet yeterli . Personelin ilk andan itibaren her anlamda yardımcı olması ve güleryüzlü olması en önemlisi tabi :)

Alaçatı’da konum olarak merkezi bir otel. Çalışanlar ise güleryüzle bizi karşıladı. Otel genel olarak temiz ve tatlı bir aile oteli denilebilir. Ayrıca hayvan dostu da bir otel. Odalar gayet yeterli. Kahvaltı da iyiydi. Bir dahaki gidişimizde önceliğimiz olacak bir otel. Tavsiye ediyorum.
