Super thankful to the front desk staff on the evening of May 7 - I accidentally left a bag at the front desk and didn’t realize it! The person kept it there for me until they saw me again.

It was clean, easy to come in park and leave.

Customer service was great and room was clean

Beautiful and modern, very comfortable layout, design and coloring. Could be cleaner, and desk staff could be more professional, but still acceptable, especially considering what is available in Alaska. Parking was easy, and I felt relatively safe.

Had a great time visiting my kids

Found a spot to park, with no problems.

Amenities- airport shuttle, good hot breakfast, convenient and walkable to Walmart and movie theater

We are locals and we spent 1 night for my son’s bday.we love this hotel. Before it was being built I was working for securitas and I would secure the area so to be able to see its work and inside of it was very cool. Rooms are great, pool and jacuzzi was great, breakfast was awesome!! And for it to be in the middle of the theater and Walmart is a bonus!! Only downside is the kitchen crew was kind of rude. We let the man know that they were out of coffee and he made a comment saying, “yeah yeah we know just be patient.” I didn’t know someone already told him there’s no coffee because I was the last cup of fill. Then when he brought out the strawberries and my nephew was getting some he told my nephew, “don’t eat it all I don’t wanna cut anymore.” I thought, wow maybe someone needs to take a break. Then the lady that was very kind walking around clearing everyone’s table, she was very kind until she tried to trick my 9 year old nephew to wipe tables, straighten chairs and vacuum the breakfast area. He started wiping one table and was excited to help then when she told him to vacuum I was like hmmm it’s a big breakfast area to vacuum so I told my nephew to ask her what’s the pay, when he asked her she told him oh I don’t have money. So my nephew said oh okay sorry I can’t do it. LOL.. I taught my nephew, it is great to help but don’t get tricked into it because if the hotel is paying her to clean the breakfast area, she should Pay you to do her job!! Other than that, we had fun!

The couple outside arguing, cussing and hollering all hours of the night kept me up ALL NIGHT LONG!! That you all did nothing about this until 7am is downright RIDICULOUS, these people were right under my room

The front desk staff at this hotel were some of the most welcoming I’ve ever experienced. From the start of my stay where they helped accommodate an early check-in to assisting with local recommendations, they always went above and beyond. Would stay here again!

Great for longer stay. Essentially an efficiency apartment with fridge and microwave and small stove. All super clean, and even pool in perfect condition. Abundant options at breakfast but I would add more vegetarian options. Convenient location close to even some shopping on foot. The only minus is the transient population abundant in the area ... noisy and disturbing....so that front door remains closed. Get a room above first floors ... noisy hvac outlets outside.

Overall good property, staff friendly Outside grounds dirty and a lot of homeless right out front every day. Breakfast was hit or miss on quality Pool and fitness room adequate for hotel
