Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great location and parking. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed in two bedroom apartment style family room. It was great with kitchenette, laundry, multiple televisions, good air conditioning. Lots of space. Clean. The breakfast included was great. Very close to restaurants. Front staff were lovely. Had free parking. Would recommend!

Hotel Cruzeiro does have some positives: the king-size bed was very spacious and the pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately, the room design and upkeep left much to be desired. There was only one bedside table, which meant that one guest had to keep their belongings—phone, water, medicines—on the floor. This was very inconvenient and made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the wallpaper in the room was beginning to peel, which gave the space a neglected feel. Take into consideration that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. While the bed itself was great, the lack of basic functionality and the visible wear and tear were disappointing. I would suggest looking for another hotel in the area for a more comfortable and well-maintained stay.

I canceled the hotel,but they said I would not get a refund. Usually you can get a refund. The hotel said no refunds. I will never book with Hotels.com again because of this. I would in the Travel business for years and the policy was that you could cancel 24 hours prior. I don’t think its fair that you don't give a refund especially since someone else could book that room. This way the hotel benifits. I've worked in the Travel industry and we always tried to accommodate the costumer.

Good location, excellent value

Great location and service, comfortable rooms. One thing that could be improved is the quality of the coffee at breakfast.

Pedro in the dinning room was great. Great attitude, always educating guests on things, always attentive. The people are the front desk were always on their cell phones busy having personal conversations instead of assisting guests.

We had a great dtay at this hotel. It was easy ealking distance to many restaurants, it offered free parking and breakfast, breakfast was a good spread and our room, which was an apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's very convenient for walking into the main square and town. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff. I'd stay here again for sure. No complaints!

The staff were very helpful and made a short stopover a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is in great condition. It was remodeled in 2019, so I was told. Close to down town and the main sqaure. Staff was friendly and polite. The hallways are green and have pictures of trees which seems kind of funky when walking through. Other than that a great place to stay with a very good breakfast that is included in the price.

We liked that we could walk to many sights such as the Cathedral, Museum and the beautiful park. We also liked the fact that breakfast was included and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We missed not having a pool and our room smelt musty when we arrived so we opened a window to air it out.
