The location is the most highlighted plus side, the direct access to the mall and proximity to the Wave offers a great staycation option for kids. I found that the children playground and kids activity is lacking. A small slide by the pool isn't adequate at all. I appreciate the heated pool, although small and easily filled up with guests in the afternoon. Breakfast was good.

What an incredible New Year's Eve stay. Before checking in, I requested that the room be decorated for my son's birthday. Then, upon check-in, I was upgraded to a club room. The room was beautifully decorated, and I was given a surprise birthday cake. Plus, they gave me another Happy New Year cake the next day. This is the best hotel.
