Very attentive staff with great amenities in the hotel.

This was my first trip to India, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Three callouts from my stay.., 1). I was amazed by the food variety at the breakfast/lunch buffet. This was well beyond the typical eggs, sausage, and hasbrowns you’d find at a hotel buffet in the US 2). The staff was attentive and friendly. I received regular queries from their Guest Ambassador, Pritisha, via WhatsApp throughout my stay and a handwritten note and bowl of fruit from her on my last evening 3) The rooftop pool area was a serene respite with beautiful views of the city

Nice stay close to the airport. Hospital staff, they helped with take away breakfast and arranging pick-up for airport. The restaurant had a nice selection of food availble as buffet or a la carte. Would stay again next time in Bangalore

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Staff service was awesome. Special mention of manager Ayan Halder who helped us with late check out as well as food for the road for us and for our infant

It was a great stay for 18 days. The service is unheard of. Also extra thanks to Ashok who did a great job with cleanliness every single day

Very courteous staffs and clean rooms. Rooms are a bit smaller, but rooms are well kept and convenient.

Nice Hotel and nearby airport

Exceptional service and hospitality.

This is the second time I am staying here as it’s a bit nearer to the airport. Previously we stayed only for a night but this time we stayed for 3 days. Staff are courteous but when you ask for any information they would direct you to the reception. we asked the reception staff about any nearby tourist attractions to which the guy responded that he would find out and let us know which didn’t happen. Not even a call to say that there was nothing nearby to see. However, the staff in the receiving area were so polite and would open the car every time you get in which was quite painful to watch. On day 1, staff in the restaurant were very helpful. Day 2, we had to ask several times and wait even for the cutlery. Definitely not 5 *. Much more like a 4* hotel.

Really appreciate the courtesy of the staff at breakfast and in the spa. Kenezid did a great job with the spa experience. Every day at breakfast Santosh and Pooja at the breakfast were wonderful. Also room cleaning staff were excellent!

A nice place to relax. Besides the spa, swimming pool (closed at the time of stay), and the fitness centre there isnt much to do around. The restaurant's were extremely comfortable and hospitable. Completely would recommend.
