Clean and well maintained property. Central to everything. The property managers were so helpful and flexible when our travel plans were delayed. I highly recommend them and this property!

The apartment has a terrible smell , it’s not a smoking free property , apartment is not as described in pictures . Very old and wasn’t very clean . I do not recomended .

My family really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was in the perfect location making everything very close and easy to walk to. The hosts were very nice and greeted us upon arrival to show us around and answer any question. We really appreciated the constant communication.

The apartment is well located in central Porto, within walking distance to all major attractions, and it's pretty quiet as well in the evening. Property owner is very responsive with communication, reaching out to us after booking, answering questions before arriving, arranging transport from the airport to the apartment, and giving us recommendations on sightseeing, shopping and dinning. The kitchen area of the apartment is a little tight, but we didn't need to cookso it is fine. The main bedroom is quite large and AC in the apartment helps in the hot summer days. The only complaint was the bed made loud squeaking noice when sitting down or turning, and during our stay, the blanket felt not dry, so it was a little uncomfortable. Overall, we had a good time at Porto and recommend this apartment.

We had a problem checking in because we didnt realize we needed to contact the owner ahead of time. After all "hotel" is in the name. Must have Whatsapp long before you travel. Apparently owner does not have access to your email address.

Location location location! This apartment is located one street below Clerigos tower, and you can see it from the top floor apartment. The apartment is well managed and had everything we needed for a safe and comfortable stay. We walked everywhere and rented the two top floor apartments for our family. Small spaces with a well equipped kit hen too. Many shops nearby but insulated from the traffic. Highly recommend!

Well designed, modern, spotless apartment on a side street in Porto. They thought of everything - a first aid kit, info on how to call emergency services, shopping nearby, etc. Owners/managers Hugo and Gabriela met me at the apartment and gave me all the info I needed. They were extremely communicative and responsive on Whatsapp before and during my stay. The Welcome Basket had water, chocolate and a bottle of port. What could be better! A note - if you can't walk up a steep street or steep stairs, this is not a good place for you. When I go back to Porto sometime (there's tons to do), I would stay here again.

Space is relatively basic, but in a good neighborhood.
