We had another great trip and always have a blast when staying at Great Wolf Lodge!

The food (in pool area) quality has fallen since last visit. Having to kiosk order is a real pain and the drink cup with its ‘scan and gulp’ was horrible. I get that people double dip on soda but hire a couple more high schoolers for drink police. Close to 30 dollars per day for breakfast buffet for an adult is nuts. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and fruit. Rooms are getting pretty tired-our 10 year old remarked about the wear! On the plus side-we had fun together. Child still liked the wand adventure in the halls, glow party at night and pools. (Outdoor pool still under repair as it was last visit a couple years ago..?) The lifeguards really are worth their pay. We saw 3 times where they hopped into the water and take care of a situation before it got dangerous! Much thanks to their training!!!

The stay was amazing. Very clean rooms and lots to do. The staff seemed stressed, but friendly which is understandable! Heads up,the microwave is in the same room as the vending machines not individual rooms.

Great facility if you are with kids, waterpark and many other attractions to make little ones happy and busy. But had a storm, followed by total blackout for 45 minutes, and for hours nothing worked, no food, drinks. Seemed unprepared for such emergency.

Took over an hour to check in. Then they gave me someone else's room. Took another 30 minutes to fix that. Then dinner took over an hour and was 200 dollars. And not right order or good.

Great family time

The only negative thing i could say is that the waterpark closes at 8. For the price to stay here, i would expect it to stay open until at least 10. There are adults and older children who would enjoy being able to experience this, after the younger children are asleep/ready for bed.

Took my 2 kids , they could live in the water park !! It was my 2nd time going there. Really good place if you want to enjoy the water park is really the main thing food is kind of pricey so we usually go off property but everything else is ok .

We had a very nice time. As soon as we arrived we were given a room and everyone was very nice at check in- I had my concerns after reading others comments. The water park was smaller than I thought but my grandchildren had a wonderful time.

Great stay. Kids had fun.
