Very good place to spend your vacation

We found the air conditioners barely kept rooms cool. The food was so so. The service was great and very clean.

Roma restaurant, food and service was the best. Overall enjoyed the stay. Maybe needs better evening entertainment. Will be back.

Very Clean , close proximity to everything.

Everything was absolutely wonderful minus the food. It’s bearable but could use improvement. The room was beautiful and clean, room service was impeccable, our private pool was cleaned daily, we were respected, property is massive with Jett ski, parasailing, and boat excursions. As a youngster, the buses take you to the crazy parties at the other RIUs. Outside of the food, would stay again.

Such a nice resort. Food is great with many options. And the staff and entertainment team were awesome.

This was a good hotel. Rooms were roomy and nice. Right on the beach. Pools were super clean. Rooms were clean. I hated the whole “towel” card thing. The food was just ok. I would not return as it was too far from airport. 1 hour drive. And with traffic it was 1.5 hours.

Really nice hotel, my friend booked it as she was there before. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beautiful and meticulously maintained territory. Four good size swimming pools, including one with the bar. Food was good, except the pastries, they were plain and had commercial origin taste, not my style. Beach is the best part as it is acclivous, with four rows of lounging chairs and palm trees creating some shade. Service was good, except one guy from room service who was touching my shoulder in a creepy way just because I was being nice to him, it was repeated second time when I was barely talking to him as well. That kind off spoiled my overall impression of the service, as having personal space is very important to me as an American. I think he is just creep who should be eliminated eventually from the stuff.

Loved everything! Clean, great food, great service & staff. Beach access was easy too and very pretty.

Safe and quiet area. Resort was very nice. Distance is far away from everything so taxis are $35 and up each way. Would highly recommend

Overall a good hotel, food was good and their was plenty of room on the beach or next to the pool. Service was really good and staff was attentive.

On arrival, our room had been cleaned but not to a great standard. Hair left in the shower, and on the toilet seat, items from prior guests left in the room. Requested they come back and was told there was nothing wrong with it. The next morning housekeeping did a great clean and I was happier moving forward. The facilities are great, food was good enough and I had a beautiful massage at the spa. Overall I’d say the hotel is 3.5 stars at best, due to the condition and cleanliness of the rooms.

The Riu Costa Mujeras was amazing! My family and I chose this resort for the beautiful beach. The staff was exceptional as well. They went above and beyond in all areas. Thank you Samara for the great poolside service!
