So far from metro line .. the room and bathroom very cold The water heater on off

The location is strategically located near Nakai Station and Konbini Sevel/Family Mart. The staff are friendly and kind. I was allowed to check in early because it was cold waiting in the lobby. 😂

Worth it considering the location is close to the station and konbini.

I was a bit disappointed with Traveloka because I ordered the one with breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel said I had to pay another 600 yen per person for breakfast, so we bought the one with breakfast but didn't get breakfast.

Good location since it’s near 2 train station. Medium clean room. No daily cleaning. You have to change towels and bed sheet yourself. You get what you pay for.

We thought that it's near shinjuku station but rather it's near Nakai station. Almost 5min walking distance. Staff are friendly esp the korean front desk. It was clean and there is free breakfast, lunch, dinner with the same menu which is not stated in the app but they will offer it. We also thought that room has private cr but when we are there it has common cr but overall it has clean public room. We enjoyed our stay! :)

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cold, privacy is very maintained because there is a curtain cover for each bed. The toilet and shower room are also very clean. There is a free drink for breakfast, the rest we can heat the food with a microwave.
