Very clean and good location, very recomended.

The hotel is very close to Odawara station, near Mister Donut, near the mall, supermarket, basically really good in terms of location. I deliberately stayed in Odawara for 1 night with the consideration that I could leave my suitcase at the hotel then travel to Hakone without having to carry a suitcase then the next day continue to Gotemba, and lodging in Odawara was relatively cheap compared to having to stay in Hakone. Just a normal breakfast, free refills of mineral water, large clean rooms with a bathtub, you can leave suitcases in the lobby, the amenities are free DHC is pretty good.

The strategic location of the parking lot is quite large, it only takes 4 minutes to walk to Odawara Station and the shopping center and 7 minutes to walk to Odawara Castle. You can leave your items at the hotel after checkout.

1 staff (the receptionist) is very rude. He told me not to smile and also he said right into my face: “No, you don’t understand!”. His English is really bad, he did not explain carefully to the customer and he claimed the fault on the customer. This is the only and only time I stayed there, do not want to stay again

New room, clean, not very small size Convenient if traveling with a Hakone Free Pass. Breakfast. Don't be disappointed. The hotels here check in very late four o'clock.

Good hotel, strategically located very close to Odawara Station. Comfortable stay here, the service is friendly, the food is also good.
