Dirty toilet. Not cleaned well. Towels not replaced, TV not working.

Toilet kotor. Tidak dibersihkan dengan baik. Handuk tidak diganti, TV tidak berfungsi.

When I arrived at 23:00 the front desk was dark, so I had difficulty finding the hotel entrance.

Saat datang jam 23.00 front desk gelap, sehingga sempat kesulitan mencari pintu masuk hotel.
