Great location and a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and available starting at 6:30. the room could use a small closet or drawer since storge is very limited.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay here, good value. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasf spread was excellent too.

Good location, good breakfast, and also good ambiance for dinner. Room was basic, but confortable. Good views from the room too. Could be a little cleaner around the waste baskets. It looks like the clean well around it, but not necessarily move it friendly staff and safe area.

Hotel rooms doesnt have - No Wardrobes, No intercom in room, no water given after your first day as complimentary, not much vegetarian options

Great small hotel with good breakfast included. Hotel was easy walking distance to the V&A waterfront. Hotel booked transfer from airport to hotel and back. Great value for price.

Second time staying here, always really clean, comfy beds, nice food, and very close to the V&A. Great value for money, would recommend.

Hotel was centrally located near the waterfront. Staff was nice and friendly. Would def stay again!

Great hotel throughout!!!! Adjacent to the canal area...secure and beautiful. 10 minutes walk from the v and a area.....lots of secuity in evidence. Excellent staff....unfair to be selective but pumie and jordan were just super. Will be back next year....i wont bother looking at other hotels. Highly recommended!!!!!

A quirky, comfortable and central hotel close to all amenities. Area felt safe and was a short walk to the main V&A waterfront. Good selection of food for breakfast and very reasonable meals in the evenings. Enjoyed our stay.

I liked the fact that the hotel had a restaurant as there was nothing around there.

The staff are excellent. The location is convenient,close to the bridge to Long Street and close to the V A waterfront. The only negative is the limited outdoor facilities.

Check in was fast and easy. room was ready early. views were great from 6th floor corner room with many windows. Breakfast buffet was great. Cappuccino machines were delicious but slow. Restaurant staff was fantastic

Lovely hotel and staff were super helpful. Rooms were lovely and TV had all international channels. 20 mins walk to V&A. Overall excellent.
