on the 22nd the hotel that we boking could not enter because there was no guard and also was not told for sure the closing time and also I stayed again on 24-26 at this hotel I was not given a towel at all facilities and service was not satisfactory at all I Please take advantage of the hotel policy on the 22nd because I rented 2 rooms on that day

pada saat tanggal 22 hotel yg kami boking tidak bisa masuk karena tidak ada penjaganya dan juga tidak di beritahu pasti jam tutupnya dan juga saya menginap lagi tanggal 24-26 di hotel ini saya tidak di beri handuk sama sekali fasilitas dan pelayanannya tidak memuaskan sama sekali saya mohon kebijakannya untung merefun hotel pada tanggal 22 soalnya saya menyewa 2 kamar pada hari tersebut
