Our stay was truly unforgettable. We came to relive our honeymoon, and the hotel made it even more special with beautiful honeymoon decorations and such warm hospitality. They also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to a larger and more beautiful room than the one we originally booked. Everything was perfect, from the service to the atmosphere, and we were genuinely impressed and happy throughout our stay. This hotel has officially become our favorite hotel, not just in this city, but among all the hotels we’ve experienced around the world. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, the AC was cold, the staff was friendly, there was a slight problem with the TV, it was emitting smoke and smelled burnt, but the staff quickly took care of it and replaced the TV. Thank you Holiday Inn

Excellent long stay – amazing staff and service!! We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Gajah Mada, Jakarta. We stayed for 21 days, and this was our second time at the hotel, which already says a lot. All the breakfast staff and room service team were absolutely awesome. Everyone was consistently very helpful, polite, and welcoming, and they truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Dina, Jimmy, Yuvi, and Tata for their outstanding service and warm attitude, they really go the extra mile to make guests feel at home. The service quality remained excellent throughout our long stay, and that’s not easy to maintain. Because of the great staff and overall experience, we would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit to Jakarta.

The room was clean and spacious, with a city view. The breakfast options were varied and kid-friendly. The staff was patient and helpful. The swimming pool area was perfect for hanging out at night, with live music. Easy access, and very close to Kota Tua. Thank you, Holiday Inn Suites Gadjah Mada.

A very pleasant experience staying at the Holiday Inn Gajahmada, starting from the very helpful security. Very friendly receptionist, very fast and easy check-in and check-out process. The friendliness of all employees is very good. Especially Mr. Hendra Daryusman who is very friendly and kind, the best. Cleanliness is very much taken care of in the room, bathroom, even in every corner of the hotel looks very clean. The taste of the food is also very delicious, especially the yellow rice is very delicious, at breakfast we were greeted warmly by the staff. The strategic and close location makes us able to explore the surrounding area including the six-storey (only walking distance) and the Bank Indonesia Museum. Alhamdulillah, this staycation really created good memories for us and our children. And gong ny when we checked out our children were sad because they didn't want to go home, and we, God willing, will soon return to stay at the Holiday Inn Gajahmada.
